This is a great cable to prevent thievery, remember that nothing can protect you 100% from thieves but this is really a strong cable that will discourage and dificult the thieft of your motorcycle, of course you need to add a nice lock I use the Trimax MAX60 Red Short Shackle U-Lock with PVC Sleeve wich I strongly recommed. This cable archive it purpose is strong, not so heavy (although it's not light), it's well made and resistent. Don't be discourage because the brand it's not very known, trust me this is a great product, with half price of well known brands like Krypton. I trust this cable my Honda Stunner 125, of course I don't relay exclusively in this lock, I bought also a disk lock from this brand also Trimax T645S Hardened Metal Disc Lock - Yellow 5.5mm Pin (Short Throat) with Pouch & Reminder Cable and Trimax T665LY Hardened Metal Disc Lock - Yellow 10mm Pin (Long Throat) with Pouch & Reminder Cable be sure to check my reviews of those product also because I include the measures for a perfect fit.

Great product, durable, use on open car trailer to lock down sxs when we stay overnight somewhere. Definitely recommend if needing long cable for securing valuables

I am using this to lock bikes on the back of tailgate on a truck. The old cable I had I was able to hack saw through in a minute or so. This one is a beast. It is a little less flexible with the size but should be much more secure.

These work decent to secure your stuff like looping thru gas cans or trailer tongues, riding mowers etc. A determined thief will still take whatever is secure, but they is opportunistic and if they can't just grab and go, then they're less likely to steal it.

I got this for the rare times I lock up my bicycle outside for a longer period of time. ANY cable lock can easily be cut. This is just to make things more difficult, and maybe a thief will try an easier target. I already have a grinder resistant Litelok ULock, as well as Pitlocks and security bolts on all small parts. The cable is just for a visible, overkill scenario. Other reviewers can quibble about whether the thickness measurement includes the outer plastic sleeve. Honestly, it doesn't really matter. This should only be used in combination with a U Lock. And if it were much thicker, it would be a pain to carry around. I'm quite satisfied. Only took one star off for the strong smell. But that will fade over time.

I bought this to secure a Weber grill. Was plenty long enough to wrap around 4x4 deck Posts and the grill cart still allowing some movement with in a few feet. Cable is thicker than I expected. Who knows if it can be cut or not with out trying but it seems sturdy. The loop ends are finished well. I just wanted something to discourage someone from taking my expensive bbq. I think this and a good lock will add enough difficulty that most theives will move on.

This is a first quality product at a discount price. I can't see any difference between this cable and some others bearing a brand name from a lock company. A cable is easier to cut than a chain but way easier to handle. I use this to lock up all the power equipment in the shed. The 15 foot length makes it easy to lock everything together with on big padlock. I find it easier to use and easier on the valuables than a chain which can bang things up. If you decide a cable is what you want to use then I recommend this one. I'm buying a second, shorter one to lock up our bikes while camping.

Very long, looks nice, and I feel like my baby is safer now. Good product for the price.

This is a nice long cable that enables me to lock my bike in my garage in a spot that would otherwise not be suitable. The cable is strong and sturdy. This is what I was looking for. Recommended.
