The bowl is a bit slippery on the wooden base. The bowl is also not very deep so be mindful that it might be better for kibble or wet food than water. The marbling on the bowl. Is beautiful and the material is sturdy. Good aesthetic purchase!

I have several cats and they love to tip over the water bowl. This is great to have around them and also good if you are placing a water bowl on carpet. This holder keeps your water bowl from dumping over. I don't dare leave it with my puppy though, I know he would chew on the wood. The price is ok. I think it could be a little bit cheaper but overall recommend and a good buy!

I love the color and the look. It’s also easy to clean given the bowls come out of the holders easily. Only dislike is that without a mat under it, it slides around easily.

I'd been using pedestal bowls for my elderly cats, but one cat (I don't know which one yet) has been toppling all the pedestal bowls in the middle of the night, leaving water on the floor, but none in the bowls. So far, these bowls have remained upright. They aren't as high as the pedestal bowls, but so far so good. Update: These bowls don't topple over, but Pete the Cat pushes them out of their base and slides them across the floor, spilling water everywhere. I've taken these bowls out of their base and put them on a towel. Wish us luck.

I have a VERY mischievous male cat that loves to play with his water bowl. He'll hit it and flip it until he has the whole area around the bowl soaked. This bowl is not only heavy (so it messes him up when he tries to flip it), the wooden stand the bowl fits down in to keeps him from being able to turn it over too! I had to use gorilla glue to glue the stand to a rubber food mat, but with this bowls help I can finally say that I've won the fight with my cat getting my floors soaking wet multiple times a day! 🥳

Very cute little pet bowls.The construction is of the bowl itself seems to be good quality. It is a little smaller and lighter than I thought or had hoped (looking for a bit sturdier/heavier/bigger bowl in addition to this one now), but it's nice and the bamboo holder is a nice add-on. However, the missing star is for the bamboo holder, because as you can see, it has some splintering. I can sand it down, but to come that way is a little disappointing. I also thought the size indicated was EACH bowl, since I ordered two. But it was total, so I still got smaller bowls. I'm just gonna send one back and keep one. I need a very large one for water, but I like this one enough to keep it anyway for food, even if I won't have both exactly matching. So, it's a nice bowl all in all.Most importantly, it's ceramic but non-toxic. If you care about your animal's life - that's important. The look is clean and modern. A+ other than size and bamboo flaws.

I bought four of these as my cats managed to knock over all the other bowls I've had. They've not managed to knock these over yet, and the nice wooden base means you can carry both bowls together.Only thing is the bowls seem to have an ever so slight matt finish or roughness to them, so dried food can stick a bit when washing them.Nice colours too.

Great aesthetically but not for practicality. Feels a lot cheaper than I would except for a dog bowel at this price. The wooden structure is very flimsy and my french bulldog moves it around all over the place even when trying to have a drink. Wouldn’t recommend.

This set is so lovely for my dog . It’s very stable stays where it is and it’s just perfect for the snout of food and kibble I give him . I bought a single one from the same range as a water bowl . It’s really easy to clean and just looks so much neater and cleaner than the last bowls . I would recommend these .

I bought 2 qty of the same bowl and they have arrived different colours and finishes. Really annoying but there was already a delay getting them so don’t want the hassle of trying to return and rebuy. Both should have been like the one pictured on the left.
