Women's Grafik Flow

My foot took a while to get used to the arch. But I use these at the Y in my Zumba and other workout classes. I love that they have a rounded area on the ball of the foot for turning (a must for Zumba!). My foot is narrow-ish and I have to really tighten the laces to feel secure in them. Otherwise they are holding up really well and work well for my classes.

I was searching for a reasonably priced workout shoe and I have been loyal to ASICS for as long as I can remember but thought I would give these a try based on the ratings. At first they felt good and I actually ran a 10k in them the weekend after I got them, they were pretty comfortable but I give them 3 stars because the material of the whole shoe feels cheap and like plastic and they don't really breath well. When I was running I could not feel any air flow through them. They will do for taking walks at work or around the house but I will be going back to ASICS for workouts and running.

Extremely happy with these shoes. Very comfy, and a great fit! I'm often a little cautious ordering shoes online, I really hate getting a pair that don't fit well. These are very nice fitting, they look great, and are light and supportive, my two favorite qualities in a shoe. I had not bought Ryka shoes before, usually I wear Reebok's. I would definitely buy them again, after receiving these. :)

I have Parkinson's Disease and I go to exercise classes almost every day to maintain strength and mobility. I live in my workout clothes. I have to have shoes with the turning ball on the sole so that my shoes don't catch on the floor when I turn. Searching for new Zumba shoes when I came these. Excellent! Good support, light weight, and stretchy laces. Price is great for the quality. I like the uncluttered look, too.

I am very disappointed in these shoes. I am a Ryka fan and have been wearing Rykas for Jazzercise and fitness walking for at least four years. This pair of Ryka Grafiks cuts into the top of my foot when I tie them. The area around the tounge of the shoe also puckers when the shoe is tied. Also the laces are very long and continuously come untied during Jazzercise classes. For safety, I have to stop and retie the shoe and tuck the end of the laces into my shoe which is not very comfortable. I have ordered these same shoes in a different pattern and had no issues. Thus, I am not sure if this is just a defective pair. I wore them so I can’t return them.

Great shoes for Zumba! Stop using your cross trainers or running shoes and get a pair of these. You will notice the difference right away.

I have been wearing this pair of the Ryka Grafik Flow Cross Trainer for a few weeks, mostly for casual wear rather than for athletic activities. I wanted a shoe to wear with black slacks that looks attractive but very comfortable. I really like the look of this shoe. However, I find that they are a bit hard and uncomfortable after a few hours of standing on in my kitchen. So, I might not wear these for a long hike or for aerobics. But, I have metatarsalgia, and bunions, so my feet are quite tender. I may try an orthotic in them for the gym. Because of the more narrow toe box, I would have liked to have 1/2 size longer for a little wiggle room. I normally wear a 9 1/2 with a normal athletic sock. These shoes are rather tight, so I have to use a thinner sock.

I was reluctant to get these shoes,but a friend, who is taking zumba classes, convinced me. She was right! They are perfect for my zumba classes. Twists and turns with no problem. My feet don't hurt or feel swollen after taking a class. I really like my new Ryka shoes. Online description is very accurate.

Use these for clubbercise, much better than my expensive Adidas trainers.

Bought this to replace my previous pair of the Grafik Flow model which I really loved. These are just as brlliant and I noticed the pivot point is bigger which helps during Dance and Step.

These trainers fit well, arrived safely and are comfortable as with most of the Ryka trainers.

Finally, a fitness shoe with a pivot point! Ordered UK size 4,fits as expected, arrived sooner than expected. Postage cost almost as much as the shoe, but it was on sale. Can't wait to teach my classes in them:)
