I have a physical disability on my right hand that gives me really weak grip strength which has definitely affected my ability to workout especially doing pulling exercises. I’ve tried some regular wrist straps that didn’t really help but saw these recommended by dr Mike and decided to give them a go and honestly they’ve been life changing in terms of helping me w my workouts. Grip is no longer a limiting factor and I can really push myself way more than I used to. I never go to the gym without these when training my upper body and I’ve had them for months. So all in all 5/5 stars and if it works for a disabled guy it will definitely work for you

They may be expensive but they are totally worth it. Made a huge difference to my training as grip was the limiting factor—even if you don’t realize it, I this is the case for anyone who is pretty strong. I would use straps for things like deadlifts, rows, farmers walks etc but not with machines or pull ups as it’s just too foddly to get right and is sometimes just impossible to set up. I now use these with pretty much all my pull exercises and the difference is significant. My grip is no longer the limiting factor which means I can do more reps/weight while focusing my form which has definitely made me make gains.

100% recommend these! I started noticing my grip was giving out before my muscles were. My grip strength isn't great, so this wasn't a surprise. My grip was giving out on my deadlifts before my other muscles would hit failure. Plus, my calluses were starting to get bad. These are SO GREAT. I was skeptical about the price, because they were about $80 at the time I ordered, but it's well worth the money! I could basically release my grip completely, and the weight would still be attached to my hand. These have also helped me with my pullups. If you're thinking about getting these, stop thinking and order them!

WOW, that's all I can say about these. WELL worth the investment! As a 28 year veteran physical therapist, my hands have taken their beating over the years. These Versa Gripps, at the suggestion of my strength trainer, were a GODSEND! I was able to increase my weight resistance by over 50% by being able to grasp and pull heavier loads than I ever was able without them. Now I can really focus on increasing my upper body strength by working the correct muscles, and not have my forearms and hands "give out" and scream, preventing me from advancing. Fijne grips! Wel wat hard in het begin maar zeker stevig genoeg om jarenlang mee te gaan en zware kilos te tillen!

Good as usual. I bought it to replaced our old pair that used for 3.5 years. Though the old material dosen't tear nor aged, is about the odour is not nice that i have to change it.

Been wanting to get these for a while but never bit the bullet due to the price until now. There are other cheaper brand options I was considering but you definitely get what you pay for; the quality of these are superior. I like the tacky rubber grips but was worried the grips would be too short but it's perfect length. Allows for quick on and off from the bar, supports pulling over 5 plate deadlifts no problem, completely replaced the cotton straps for me. I have just over 7" wrists, ordered the size small and it fits perfect. If you are in-between sizes then SIZE DOWN (reached out to versa grips and this is what they recommended too) or else the velcro will overhang. Also, they will break in and stretch a little bit over time. Hope this helps, thanks.
