Not a WIRELESS CUP HEATER
This was literally advertised as WIRELESS CUP HEATING, that is a lie! The only time the light will go on and start heating is when it is PLUGGED IN! The price for this mug was higher than I would have paid if I went with a different mode that needs to be plugged in, so I am very DISAPPOINTED that they lied about how this functions..... I may end up returning it!

Works very well
I'm not allowed to have a hot plate or coffee cup warming plate that gets warm in my office. This is an induction plate so the only heat associated is from the coffee cup itself setting on the induction plate. The only thing I wish is that the metal decal on the bottom of the coffee cup would be made available so I can put it on other coffee cups I have. Not having this means if I ever break the original coffee cup, I'll have to buy an entire new cup and induction plate. I'm researching to see if I can find something that will engage the induction plate that I can epoxy to the bottom of a few of my coffee cups. The price for the induction plate and coffee cup is very reasonable. I like that it looks more like a cup coaster than an actual warming plate. It's auto shut off when the cup is lifted works perfectly and the induction plate itself is cool to the touch in under a minute, and as mentioned it doesn't get hot. Using the ceramic cover that comes with the cup works very well to keep the coffee warm. Good over all product.

A Dream Come True@
I am delighted with this item! I take care of my elderly parents, and it has been a fantasy of mine to drink just one cup of coffee or tea from start to finish without it getting cold... Dreams Do Come True! Note: The only mug that will heat up on the base is the one that comes with it. The base will get a little warm from the hot cup, but it never gets burning hot. It works via heat induction, and you must use the special mug for this. The mug holds a lot more fluid than I thought it would. It looks deceptively small, I was surprised to discover it holds a full standard sized mug full. I poured on in with room to spare. It takes a about 5 minutes to heat something from room temp. If you pour a hot drink into the mug, it is going to stay that way! Awesome! The wireless charger works great on my Samsung 9, and it does not get hot when charging. Will wonders never fail to cease?

Luke warm at best
I kept this instead of returning it right away, with the hopes it would get better or I was doing something wrong. It is a nice idea with lousy results. This does not keep my coffee in any way hot, unfortunately, so I eventually threw it away because of lack of use. On its best day, if you constantly set it on its warmer after every single sip, it will keep what was hot coffee at a slightly luke warm temp vs air temp and not using it. Just a slight difference and too much annoyance for me. Meh.

Very happy with successful first day use.
My first use was to keep a cup of hot tea and it did the job perfectly. I made the full cup of tea in the morning and sipped throughout the morning and into the afternoon finishing the last drink before 4pm. The last swallow was as full of warmth and as tasty as the first hot sip in the morning.After I took the cup off to wash up, I placed my Note 8 on the base and a notice popped up on the screen that wireless charging had successfully connected.

Stops working
When i first got the unit, it seemed finnicky and the light that is supposed to turn green letting you know it's on and heating would not come on ...I'd just get the blinking red light. But somehow at some point I got it to work. And while it worked, with the green light, it was fine...Then i hadn't used it for several months (been summer and too hot for coffee/tea)....I just tried to use it again as I've gotten back into espresso and was actually cool enough this morning to WANT warm coffe, and all I get again is the red blinking light.And it's way too late to return/exchange....so sadly this was wasted money.I wish it worked consistently, because if it did, then i'd be happy enough with it. But that just isn't the case. >:-(

Only lasts a few months!
It was like having heaven warm my coffee every morning. Keeps it the perfect temp, and is the greatest thing you didn’t know you needed..... until it stops working 4 months after you get it. I’ve had 2 now and they both quit after 4 months. One was at home by the couch and one at work. I only used their mug, and it still only lasted a few months.

It sometimes heats the mug and sometimes does not
The overall appearance of mug and the warmer looks great. However, it does not keep my drink warm enough. Even if the label says it will keep your drink warm at 55 degrees, it does not, especially if your mug is still half full or more. The only time it will reach that temperature is when the liquid inside is about one fourth or less.For those who are thinking to buy it, keep in my that you cannot use other mugs but the one that comes in the box.
