Not perfect but very good indeed for what they are.
So, I am using these to paint 28mm, (e.g. warhammer) and 1:72 models. I am using acrylic, water based paints.The first thing to remind everyone here is that you actually get 18 brushes. Not 9. Its 2 X a pack of 9. from 000 to 6.That's amazing value. The brushes hold their shape well, have lost almost no hair and do exactly what you would expect of a paint brush. I have used the 000 for very small details and the bigger brushes for washes.I would recommend these to a beginner or even a more advanced painter. Especially on a budget, you could buy this together and split them with a friend.Why did I drop them a star? Why not 5 stars?So, if i compare these to an "Army Painter Wargamer: Regiment" brush, they are not as good. The Regiment brush flows smoother and holds more paint. Its also more accurate and inspires more confidence. This could be because its got a longer bristle for the equivalent size. The are not quite the same quality. However they are much much cheaper.These brushes are a central part of my painting station, as per photos.

I purchased these brushes for my hobby bench and really like how comfortable that are to hold, the paint fantastic and don’t leave brush marks either.I really like these and enjoy using them
