Love this scale but be careful with multiple users
I got this scale because I really wanted something to measure my body fat. This scale is great for that and super easy. You download the app to your phone and then just make sure your bluetooth is turned on and step on the scale. It gives you so much information, and is really accurate. It's the only scale I've ever found that will give you the same weight twice in a row if you step off and right back on. Once you've weighed yourself you get on the app and it will tell you weight, BMI, body fat percentage, what your fat free body weight would be, what percentage of your fat is subcutaneous, what percent is visceral (the dangerous kind around your abdomen) what percentage of your weight is water (so you can see if you're retaining water) how much your muscle weighs, how many pounds of your total weight is muscle, your bone mass, what percentage of your weight is protein, your BMR, and your metabolic age. I don't really need all that information but it's interesting to look at. It will also tell you how much you've gained or lost since the last time you weighed, how much body fat you've lost or gained since the last time, and how much your BMI has gone up or down since the last time. It really is great. The ONLY thing I don't like about it is make sure your bluetooth is off before letting someone else step on the scale. My husband decided he wanted to weigh himself so it looked like I went from 170 which was my weight, up to 225 which was his weight. If there's a big difference you can catch it though because the app will give you a pop up for you to confirm if that's you or not. I didn't know he had weighed himself so when that window popped up I just said yes it was me. And that screwed up all my stats and I had to start over.

Does not weigh accurately
I bought this product off a recommendation from a friend. She loves hers. But mine rarely registers an actual reading and when it does it can literally vary 10 lbs or more within a 5 minute time frame. I have tried placing it on different surfaces, in different areas of my bathroom but nothing seems to work. Most of the time it just cycles different weights and never actually finalizes on one specific weight or give me the proper readings for BMI ot body fat percentage. I missed my window to return so not I just have a useless scale.

Super Quick and Insightful
I have been looking for something to give me more insight than just a number on the scale. I have been working with my doctor on weightloss the correct way, nutrition knowledge, etc. However, pull out the measuring instruments to track accurate fat percentages, etc takes a LOT of time. This...this makes that process WAY easier while giving accuracy fairly darn close that way and make, that makes me much more comfortable with the weight loss process! I love how it syncs with Samsung Health (which I use with my Galaxy Active Watch), how quickly my phone recongizes that I was on the scale, even on the other room, how detailed the measurements are...Great price, great results! can't wait to submit the logs to my doctor to dig deeper into our process!

Love it but needs its improvement
Overall 5 stars. Reason i gave “mobile app” a 3 star was because instruction are not clear so i went on YouTube to learn how to use it, that gave me a clear understanding and now i can use it at ease. “Easy to use” 3 stars was because every single time you want to record your weight, you must go to the “device setting” delete the scale, which will take you back to the first step, then click AGAIN on “device setting” let the Bluetooth sync it again...then it will read your weight and record it. I think that’s annoying. Other then that i actually Enjoy the scale. Also the pictures they show are accurate no need to add my pictures

Best scale I’ve owned !
I purchased this one to replace an earlier model of the same brand. I tried weighing myself straight out of the shower and while picking it up, it slipped out of my hands onto the tile and shattered. Totally my fault. I am now super careful when moving this one. I love it! It has so many awesome features to track different areas. I see some other brands with the same app program selling theirs for ridiculous amounts but just get this one and save money! It works just the same. Definitely recommend. I kept telling everyone I know to buy one lol

Smart Scale
Overall, I really like this scale. I just wanted a scale that would keep track of my numbers so that I knew I was working in the right direction. I've used a pretty intense body fat scale at my gym before and the other numbers were slightly off but close enough. The weight is very accurate. The app is also very user friendly. Overall, totally worth the money!

Stopped working in 9 months, used only 20x
I liked this scale but it stopped working less than a year, it keeps eating battery after few days not even weeks. I tried new sets of batteries 3x already. I’m not sure if the vendor will replace since it’s been abt 9months since I bought. I’ve only used, like less than 20x.

Lasted 5 months.
My first fit index shattered on the tile floor after several months. The second fit index just stopped working after five months. Replaced the batteries and it still won't work. I will buy another because the app works well and I need it for my weight management efforts but I would tell a friend to try another brand because this is getting expensive.
