Quite sturdy, good price, what else could you want?
I have not yet gotten a chance to properly use these, but I did need them for my nursing class and I think they will work just fine. I bought the white/pink combo with the warm and cool lights. What I've done is made the pink one my warm light and the white my cool light, that way I can easily see which is which and have the right one for the right job.The cool light seems useful for assessing wounds and, in my case so far, finding stuff I've dropped that rolled under furniture. The warm light is perfect for examining eyes, I believe, because it's not painfully bright and I'm sure whoever I'm examining will appreciate not being blinded.The price was amazing for these, especially with the extra bulbs and starter of 4 batteries. I will update this review if they end up dying on me, but for now I'm very happy.

Review based on first impressions
I just received my penlights, I ordered Version3 and after reading reviews of previous versions being unreliable, I may need to update this review after a few months but hoping this upgraded version will last.I love that they come with two penlights, batteries, and two different types of lights.They feel nice quality, not a lightweight cheap plastic material which I like. The light s very bright and was reliable after turning out on and off several times.I had a penlight that stopped working after a few months, so I will need to give these some time to really test them. But so far, I like them!

Great nurse light pen
I purchased this pen light set when I began nursing school. Really liked having the changeable light-heads (yellow and white). They have both been through tumbling of my backpack and scrub pockets, and used in various clinical settings for around 9 months and they're still in great condition. The decals (pupil sizes, etc) on the pens are good quality as well. Highly recommend.

Decent
Nice product, but tends to turn on by itself from slight movement while in my scrubs pocket.

So far so good
Day 1 so far so good. Love the option for yellow/white light. It’s cruel to shine bright white light in someone else’s eyes. Durability and battery life... I will update later

Great Buy
These pens are a great buy! They're inexpensive but they feel nicely made and durable. I didn't realize when I bought them that each pen comes with a different head for the change in lighting. I thought it was just a double click to change the color tone. However, it still works out. I use the white one for my bright white light and the pink for the warm tone light. Can't complain! Happy customer!

Perfect light!
The colors look exactly like the images. Not dull or faded. The size of the penlight are bigger than the previous ones i purchased. I am overall very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!

Pens
I like both of the pens and I think they manage for getting the job done, but they turn on so easily in your pocket or anywhere else being held/stored accidentally. So the batteries tend to run out quicker than anticipated.

Works well
My second order of penlight. Better than other brands off Amazon. Batteries are included which is nice, it's very sturdy and not that bright. Only problem is that I ordered warm and white but I received both white.

Soft light bulbs useless
The bright white lights work great, but I purchased these specifically for nursing school and shining in eyes, and both of the softer yellow bulbs don’t screw in properly and fall out quite easily.
