Good quality product which sticks very strongly to smooth surfaces:• Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol• Push the suctions cups firmly into the surface• Push the locking lever downSuction cups don't stick to non-smooth surfaces, so if your tiles have any sort of texture to them, this product will not work, nor will any other suction based product. Some other reviewers appear not to understand this and have left inappropriate negative reviews.I will update the review if I have any rust issues - so far I'm very impressed.

I have been looking for long time for something decent to use in my new shower room without having to drill my new tiles and won't rust and ruin my new shower tray ! This one came on the search only when I started to search for Aluminium shower caddy. I was so happy to find it and it's made with Aluminium while all the others says stainless steel but they do still build rust from the people reviews ! Yes the price is not a cheap at all but it is a really good material and well made, also it won't rust so it's a good investment in the long term. It takes loads of bottles on each shelf and no problem, not wobbly and easy to build and take apart to clean.If you spent a lot of money to renew your bathroom or shower room, then you don't want something will rust and cause a stain on your new place so you might as well spend more with a decent reliable shower caddy like this one and no drilling is a bonus ! Very happy with my purchase 😊

We've had this for three years now but I've held off writing a review as while most shower racks/caddys are great when you install them, they are a disgusting rusty mess after a year or two. But not this one.At £150 these are undoubtedly expensive, but when you consider it may be the last one you buy it's a great long term investment. There's nothing in it to rust and after a 15 minute clean to get rid of three years of soap, shampoo and limescale (we live in a hard water area) it's looks as good as it did when we bought it. The design is great and the fitting mechanism superb; I've not had to adjust it once in three years. Shelves are well designed also and very easy to adjust the height of but won't budge when in use.In sum, an incredibly robust and well designed product. Certainly not cheap, but still cheaper in the long run than replacing cheaper ones when they inevitably rust.(photo attached is unit in place after a 15 minute clean at about the three year point)

This is the second one of these that I've purchased. Eventually the edges on the first one turned up and the suction that keeps it on the tile failed. Had to throw it away. But, for what it is, it works well, if you are sick of razors falling through baskets then this is for you.Only other thing is that the product is seriously overpackaged. The item is encased in clear plastic which is bonded on to a backing board. Not only this but for some reason this was also in side a polythene bag which in turn was inside an amazon paper envelop. So 3 different packaging materials for a single rubber item. We've got a long way to go. Spurious packaging is a scourge on the planet.

Securely fixes on the shower screen. Good size and construction. Does what wanted it to. Doesn’t fog over when using when mirror smeared with shampoo or body wash.

I initially thought this was a great solution and in terms of suction, design and utility it is spot on. However, there is a fundamental flaw in the construction: the chrome metal tubing that supports the plastic pot rusts leaving an unsightly brown stain that drips brown liquid into the shower when wet and corrodes quickly through.This happened within 4 months of use and so the supplier sent a new one and that has rusted in the same way within 1 month of use.For something that is designed to go in the shower and will consistently be wet, it makes it not fit for purpose.

Completely failed in terms of sticking on the wall! Even following all instructions given, on all surfaces; however using a bit of bluetak to hold it up works a treat. I didn't want to drill into the wall and bluetak can be easily cleaned off of tiles and you dont really notice the bluetack it still looks clean.In terms of how the product looks, the chrome finish goes great with bathroom taps etc...I recommend buying if your willing to use bluetak (which they do a white version) as do avoid drilling holes.

I LOVE this little holder. Got so tired of suction holders falling off - Looked everywhere for something that would stay on. Last resort tried this one. I think it was quite a bit more expensive than those really cheap ones (you know those ones!) but it's been up for 6 months now and going nowhere!
