We lost charger. I contacted the company who said they could not offer us a replacement, toy had to go to bin even though it worked perfectly & gave great fun

Fantastic toy we haven’t tried everything out yet as the kids are having so much fun with the tricks the dog can do with the remote. My children are 7,5 &3 they all love this toy my middle child picked it out with his pocket money and the other two are so jealous and both want one but have already spent their money so will have to wait and save up again it is quite expensive but it so far has done everything it says and we’ve had for 2 days and I don’t want to jinx it but we haven’t broke it ! Toys last max 24 hrs in this house usually before some one breaks something 😂

The media could not be loaded. ... quality is not great. I took one star off due to (minor) battery compartment issue.The battery keeps falling out of the TRP5. So I ordered another one (in case it was just a fault) but with this model the battery compartment was a little bit different.There’s one with the black collar which is TRP5 and there is one with a blue colour which is TRP5T (the upgrade I guess) its potluck as to which one you get.The one with the blue collar (TRP5T) seems to do more voice commands (judging by the instructions booklet) but again it’s potluck which one you get.Both have dodgy battery compartments…The battery compartment for on the TRP5 doesn't hold the bulky green battery PLUS the wires, so they all fall out (see video)With the TRP5T, the battery doesn’t go in fully and it’s hard to take out (as it gets wedged in) but at least it doesn’t fall out.I kept the TRP5T (as the battery stays in in that model) and my 4 year old God daughter loves it, apart from the dodgy battery compartments it is very entertaining!

arrived in a bit of a battered box, but the whole thing survived the journey. Xmas present for our Grandson 8yrs old and he absolutely has a friend in this dog!! He loves it , Worth the money and so far after daily play , is still going strong!

This was a Christmas present. My children played with it for less then 10 minutes - for which time it was huge amounts of fun. They were really careful with it and took great care playing. Then the dog bent down to do one of the voice commands and stopped dead. We thought the battery had run out so we plugged it in to charge, but once charged still nothing. I also noticed there was some kind of viscous liquid on the bottom of it, as though a bit of oil had leaked out. My children very disappointed and want another one - but I won't be buying this one again.

It's a nice little robot dog , came as advertised , i think when it came to battery side , it's not very sturdy , seeing as it's only to tease my little dog, it won't get knocked around ..

Super product. My son loves his and shows all his friends, especially the party trick of the little somersault when voice activated.

Toprace tt-p5 dog has been absolutely brilliant, my 6yr old daughter loves this dog supplied by HOBBIT VILLAGE,whom have recently supplied a replacement battery free,exellent customer service 😊For a dog costing less than £70 I feel it’s a real bargain,a wonderful Xmas gift 4-8yr old.Great dog& great service.
