I rate this product a buy.Pros: Single factor that made decision to buy was dual charging mode (sun or micro USB). Comes with two extra bulbs, OUTSTANDING customer service from company. I wrote them through Amazon page and although they never responded to my request for a replacement $0.25 piece of plastic, manufacturer expeditiously mailed me an entire new order through Amazon at no cost so I would have clip. Have four sets total I like them so much. Multiple modes but in my case kinda inconvenient to change mode since I need a ladder to change the mode.Cons: Two of four stands had bad bulbs OR they could have went out from ME jostling them during installation but each set comes with two replacement bulbs.

These lights were shipped promptly. Always a plus, appear to be pretty good quality and look really nice hung under our covered pergola. The only minus I see is that the solar panel connection to string of lights is pretty short if you have to go under the overhang of a structure. (Only around 31") That may sound like a lot until you factor in the distance above the structure that the solar panel stands. Another minus is no remote to turn on or off or to change the blink settings. We'd have to get a ladder to reach the button on the panel. Not withstanding, we like them and so far they work great and give enough light for conversation after dark.

These lights worked for a few days and then went out. Even charging via the USB port (which I thought was a cool feature) the lights no longer worked.Aesthetically, I was a little disappointed, too. The wiring was cheap and had a very different look from the lights I was connecting to. This was not "heavy duty" cord as advertised.I returned and did receive a full refund. I would have opted to replace had the cord connecting and the lights not seem (look and feel) so cheap.

I looked at bunches and bunches of solar string lights before purchasing these for my new pergola. I was a little disappointed after installing them(I purchased two strands) and then having three(3) of the Edison s14 style LED bulbs go out in less than a week........but I contacted the seller via Amazon Seller feedback and they remedied the problem immediately without any questions. I had "almost" purchased a different brand of solar string lights that had the "2watt" Edison S14 style bulbs, where these have the "1watt". bulbs. But after reading some reviews about "how bright" the 2watt bulbs were I went with these instead. I am glad I did because I wanted nighttime ambiance not to "light up my deck".....and these are PERFECT!!!! I received replacement bulbs promptly and no other bulbs have failed yet. I highly recommend these lights for your pergolas or gazebos!!!

They looked really nice for a couple of days but on the third night, they suddenly stopped working, despite a full day of sunshine. Got a refund quickly, which is nice, but putting them up only to take them down was frustrating. Also, they were a bit brighter than I expected for 5 watts.

One bulb was not workunf but it may have been my fault when hanging. Very durable product though. Nice.

Great product used it to light up my side yard at night for my dogs. Great heavy duty quality.

Love these lights. You can charge them inside from the wall if needed. They're bright for solar and look nice.
