Good Quality
These are good quality brushes. Great price. I use them for pastry. Silicone brushes are good fir BarBQue but I prefer the boarshead brushes for my pastries.

even teens know quality
Actually, this purchase was a gift for my 15 yo g-son.( football hulk) Last visit with Grandma complained at home a good kitchen brush was not to be found! He was back just a few days ago and Grandma presented him with his own 2 piece set of quality boars bristle kitchen brushes. H actually danced around my kitchen!Hmmmm, I think it is time Grandma had a couple new ones...

Shedding bristles already
I really like the size of the brushes and that they are boar bristle so that they allow you to smoothly apply the oil/lime juice mixture for baked tortilla chips. They are difficult to clean out the oil and take a really long time to air dry. After only 4 uses they are starting to shed bristles. Unfortunately, I will have to trash one soon and save the other for minimal use.

Horrible
After just one month of using only several times the bristles are coming out in our food ! We eat a piece of pizza we made and chew on bristles! Threw them away because choke hazard and just horrible picking them out of baked foods . I wouldn’t even want a replacement for free that’s how my review ends ! Amazon please check into this product and it’s hazards . Thank you
