For the price of this phone. It's pretty good.The first time turning it on. I let the phone do its thing through the wifi at home. Loading up everything, updates ECT.It came with a few apps like Wish and Pandora. A few games.I personally use the phone for looking up stuff on Google, emails, a game here and there but nothing heavy.Once I uninstalled a few apps I dont use and set up my perseverance. The phone works great.UNLIKE 90% of other people who review this phone as a bad phone or it is terrible.It's really now.Now, with the data plan and calling and texing ect ect. I do not have a clue. I ONLY work on wifi using textnow app to text and call.Overall, its a cheaper phone that does what I need it to do.Dont expect a $30 phone to Handel what a $100-$200 phone can do and hold. That's common sense.

My husband will use this phone to use for a rental property. We have tracfones as our personal phones so I am sure this one will work just like the others do.

This Alcatel works very well for what I need a phone to be. I love trac phone, and it does very well as a pretty smart phone!

Not a bad little phone my only dislike is controlling colors contrast and brightness I got it as a replacement Safe link other than that it has good volume it's pretty speedy for an inexpensive phone all in all it serves its purpose

The mean problem I had with this phone is I noticed it wouldn't allow me to download certain apps from the app store. There is a way around that by download APK but if you're not electronically aware than it could lead to frustration.

The phone came with no Sim Car!! I got on the phone (land line) and talked to a guy who had an on-off shore accent (of course) and was told to take the one out of my old TrakFone and put it in my new phone (the only reason I purchased a new phone was that the service on the old phone would be obsolete in a few weeks). I called back and told some other guy that I did that and he said: No-no, who told you to do that? So I said just send me a new Sim Card, and he hemmed and hawed for about 20 minutes and transferred me to another person, this time a gal, also with an off-shore accent. This took another 20 minutes or so and the upshot of it was that I had to purchase a new Sim Card (all of 99 cents) and that was that, finally! What a Mickey Mouse (with apologies to Disney) organization. I guess that the phone is all right, probably a five star, but for keeping me on the phone all that time and then charging me (all of 99 cents) for their screw up, it gets only one star.

The phone was very easy to set up and has, so far, served well as a first phone for my 11 year old

Lo compre para mi pequeño hijo que rompio su tablet, por el precio funciona perfectamente como tablet de repuesto, el unico problema es con juegos o apps que no estan optimizados para pantallas pequeñas, fuera de eso responde perfectamente, ha jugado roblox, minecraft y similares sin problemas.
