I've been anxiously awaiting the publication of this book and I was not disappointed! I've followed the author's blog for years and the projects in the book are very much in her style. It contains a great variety of projects - 60 in all! - divided by season. They range from simple and easily done in an hour or so to more in-depth, detailed and long-term crafts. There is sewing, paper crafting, crochet, knitting and more. Many of the projects use found items or thrift store buys. Very clever! The photography is beautiful and the project directions are straight-forward and easy to follow. I highly recommend this for any multi-crafter like myself.

It was hard to tell what projects were in the book from the previews.They are simple projects that are easy to do.They are divided by season and there are 15 projects per season.The Fall projects are mostly Halloween decorations.

It wasn't the type of crafts I was looking for.

I'm a frequent purchaser of both craft and art books... This is one of the most "artistic" craft books I've seen. The lovely thumbnail photos at the beginning of each seasonal chapter give you a hint of the wonderfully original projects to come. I liked the book for some of the simpler home projects like the covered journals and thrift store painting makeovers, but I'm definitely thinking about making one of the cool quilts!

Great do-able ideasLike it a lot

The variety in this crafting book! It's organized by seasons, utilizing materials on hand or found inexpensively while foraging through yard sales, thrift shops; whatever you do to entertain your shopping bug affordably or collect during your travels. Filled with beautifully shot photos appealing to a visual learner like me. The creator has a great name too, so easy to remember. ;)

I was expecting much more from this book. The only thing that's great about it, it's the cover...the inside is very poor.
