Seems like really good quality, and so handy having all the cables attached. Although I guess if a cable stopped working there would be no way to replace it. Charged up really quickly. Nice looking and good size. Pleased.

The battery is powerful but compact. Bought this for my wife as she is always on the move and it is a handy size to keep in her purse/bag when out and about. I also had cause to contact Tech Living regarding a problem with one of the leads and their response was quick and very positive. Highly recommend both the product and the seller.

This is a really good power pack, I love the interchangeable cables. It is a little heavy but for its capacity that's to be expected. I would have given it 5 stars but the usb plugs on the side are very thin so only there supplied cables will fit. I have tried a number of other cables and they won't fit. This is an unfortunate shortfall of the design as you can't use a longer cable even if you have 1 with you. Also if the cables broke (they seem very strong so far) you can't easily use an alternative cable.

The charger is reasonably fast to charge. Only issue I had was it got into a fight with my hoover and lost. I thought I cleared out of harms way. I now cannot charge the charger, so it’s not working. I can’t seem to find the exact external charger cable. Where can I buy a replacement or do you have one Tech Living UK?

This is my third unit as I have returned two.I like the feel of the product and the support team at Tech Living have been very helpful but the bottom line is every unit I’ve had takes over 30 hours to charge from a completely dead charging unit to full capacity.Tech living say this is not normal and they have not had this reported before. I would be very interested in anybody else’s experiences.This alone would not stop me using and buying the product. If the unit is say 25% charged it only takes a couple of hours to fully charge it to 100%

It does the job but looks cheap

It has terrible speed and also the iPhone wire stopped working in under two weeks. Not a resilient power bank at all
