Quality Home Brew Starter kit with Youngs 'Brew Buddy' Lager + Guide

I ordered the home brew lager kit...After searching around the internet for a good few weeks trying to find a coopers homebrew kit to no avail. I decided that the youngs lager homebrew kit was for me.. upon recieving the item, many items where without labels. I received 2 yeast(not a bad thing unless you are doing it for the first time like i was, in which case clear instructions where suited) a d 2 hydrometers...unfortunately the extract had no labelling either it was just a plain can.. the instructions where on the side of a box i recieved..Ok so i starts the brew follows the instructions and sits back for 2 weeks for nature to take its course.... bottling day arrived and i was excited.. albeit knowing it was to be another 2 weeks before i was to try the first lager home brew id ever made, what could go wrong... so fast forward and i looking forward to taste the results. I carack the top to a lovely ptsssssss. All nice and cold.. i begin to pour thinking... wow, looks like a beer not a lager, i leave to settle for a few minutes upon trying a drink i instantly realise it was a beer not a lager... not ideal seeing as i paid much more than i wanted to for a lager kit whe beer kits are easily accessible for a fraction of the cost, so i now had to rebuy all the making kit albeit having now the most expensive brewing bucket in the world. And a drain full of beer.... start again. No reply from the seller. Id advise sticking to reputable firm. Unfortunately i paid the price
