I am very pleased with this kit thus far. I just installed it.. it took 5 minutes. For me it was easier because my old band had fallen off already. It looks just like the original and appears to be great quality. Fitbit definitely has a flaw in their bands. This is my third Fitbit Surge. The first two were replaced under warranty but I had to fix this one. Highly recommend this kit!

I am not happy with this product because the fastener will not go on the side with the buckle. It came in the package loose .Also, there were no instructions included in the package. I cannot lock the band because I cannot get the fasteneron the band with the buckle.

I ordered a small and was able to follow and YouTube video to remove and replace my old band. The piece that holds extra band in place when you're wearing it was on the opposite side and I had to move it to the other side, which was difficult for me but not impossible. Given the price I think this was an excellent solution to my broken band.

The product initially was a great fit and replacement was very easy. After only two months of purchase, the strap broke again. My husband doesn't wear the watch everyday but even if he did, I wouldn't think that the buckle would break in such a short period of time.

The retention band that holds the excess strap band after pulling through the metal clasp was installed on the holes side of the band rather than the side of the band with the metal clasp. I was able to work the retention band over the metal clasp but it partially tore the band.Inclusion of the tools was nice.Good price.

Good non silicon feeling band didn’t cause the skin irritation the original one did, would recommend to anyone that had the weird skin rash thing that the original band gave you.

Not only is this NOT what was pictured (it only comes with one VERY cheap band) but it won't fit my Surge. I read the instructions and even watched YouTube videos. It just won't fit on one side of the watch.

Easy to install. Band is more firm than original. Size (large) is a smaller than original. No complaints yet, just hope it lasts. I am buying another for a second Fitbit.
