Really helpful!
After rotator cuff surgery and bicep repair, I found one of the activities that felt best for my shoulder and arm at the physical therapy clinic used an over-the-door pulley system. I noted how the MarV handles at the clinic worked in the process. I decided to purchase a similar system, then swapped out the included crescent-shaped handles with these MarV handles. So glad that I did! I put them on a hall closet door that I pass frequently, and I stop often to stretch out my shoulders.
