Great but not perfect.
I received a desk lamp that had a 100w halogen bulb and wanted LED instead. Saw this, thought I’d try as it uses only 5 watts. The bulb is almost too thick to fit but after a light struggle, I got it to fit. This is a dimmable bulb a this lamp has a dimmer switch. The difference in dim and bright is not that much. Fault of the lamp or fault of the bulb? Also when I went to take a photo for the review, through the cam lens, there is noticeable flickering on low but not on high. This does not appear with the human eye. I would not order this again for THIS particular lamp but it seems made well enough that I would try it out on a different one if I had it.

UPDATED: Supplier Offered to replace defective bulb
Okay replacement for halogen bulbs in wall sconces. The light is not as bright which is okay. One of the bulbs has started to intermittently turn off and on after being on for a few minutes, not good. The other bulb is steady so far.UPDATE: The supplier, KlarlightUS, offered to update the problem bulb. The other bulb continues to be steady.

Lamp works, but not as bright as halogen.
Works OK, but not as bright as original. It runs much cooler. Brightness is acceptable for me so I keep lamps.

Not bright enough
These lights are not very bright, ended up removing them and using a different style light I found on ebay, I would say they are the equivalent to a 40-60w light not more than that

R7S Bulb replacements.
These are shoddily built. Poor quality control. I only needed 4 but had to buy 8. The ceramic ends on two were tilted making it impossible to install in the fixture. Most are slightly oversize as compared with the bulb being replaced. When those were forced into the fixture, the ceramic ends broke off two of them. So I was only able to install half of the ones I bought.

Great Replacement for Halogen lights
These are a perfect fit for two lights I have going down the stairs that previously emitted too much heat. This issue is now solved.
