A Captivating Read!!!!
Once I saw that Melanie Harlow and Corinne Michaels had come together again to write a book, it was a no brainer that I'd want to read it!! This 2 women are amazing separately, but together they are phenomenal!!!!Reid and Willow are such an wonderful couple, even before they became an official couple. They were best friends who lived across the hall from each other and literally spent every day together. They were perfect for each other, but neither one of them wanted to ruin their friendship. They kinda get pushed together by Willow's job, which is hilarious, and things kinda snowball from there!!I loved Willow!! She was such a strong female character! I loved that she had dreams and goals that she wasn't willing to give up or compromise on - even for true love. She was funny, smart, loving, always saw the best in people and the world around her. I would love to hang out with her and be her friend!!Reid was a great guy with a lot of unnecessary baggage that he carried around with him like a noose around his neck. I loved him but I wanted to knock some sense into him too!! He came around to realize that he loved Willow and wanted her as more then his friend, but he also didn't know what that meant for himself or her. He wanted patience from Willow but wasn't willing to give it back to her.Even though their relationship got complicated for a little while, it proved what Willow's mother knew all along, anything worthwhile takes work and hurts sometimes. The secondary characters are amazing!! LOVED Aspen, Willow's sister!!!! OMG, she was so much fun!!! Loved her all natural, get in touch with Mother Earth, make her own clothes out of nature, and aura reading ways She was the complete opposite of Willow but they complemented each other well. Leo, Reid's slightly deadbeat brother, was also a wonderful character. He balanced Reid out, whether he realized it or not. Willow's parents were great too.Overall, this was a fabulous book!!!! I hated to see it end, even with the bonus scene after the epilogue!!! I highly recommend it to everyone. You will laugh, swoon, cry happy and sad tears, and just feel the love coming off the pages!!!

Good read
Matchmaker Willow and her best friend and neighbour Reid. Her mother thinks he is keeping her away from potential suitor and she is keeping his potential suitor away from him, because they hang out way too much and not in a romantic setting. The mother has an idea, Willow is going to find Reid a match, well they are a matchmaking service. She thinks they have co dependency issues. He needs a match to cure his loneliness and she needs a win, a romantic success under her belt as she is not having much success as a matchmaker. Reid really is, an adorable idiot so I can see why they’re best friends. They have a great relationship, they get each other with no pretence or expectation. Dilemma, the idea of them being with someone else does not sit well with the other so this should be interesting.

5 STARS! An irresistibly addictive best-friends-to-lovers romance!
Corinne Michaels and Melanie Harlow come together again to pen another irresistible, addictive love story. The styles of these two authors blend perfectly in this best-friends-to-lovers romance. Michaels runs readers through the gamut of gut-wrenching emotions as this couple fights their way through difficult personal histories, painful past experiences and future hopes and dreams to get to their happily ever after. Harlow soothes those frayed emotions with the hefty doses of swoony, sweet romance, scintillating passion, and playful banter.Reid and Willow had tremendous chemistry and a rock-solid friendship as their foundation. Not once did they cross the line—they both were looking for very different things. Unlucky in love, Willow was ready to move to the next stage in her life, with or without a man. Reid didn’t have the best luck when it came to romantic relationships either, but it just felt so natural and so right when their platonic relationship turned passionate that they were powerless to fight the pull of those feelings. I was drawn right into the push and pull of their should-we/could-we uncertainties and all the tumultuous emotions of that time. But with every high, there was a low, and my heart ached as they struggled to work through those issues and emotions. It wasn’t all heavy, heart-tugging emotion, though. This couple had an effortlessly comfortable, in-sync vibe in their relationship, and their friendship always shone through the heat of their attraction for plenty of light-hearted, fun moments along with the excitement of their newfound physical relationship.Imperfect Match packed all the feels within in its pages, and I felt every single one of them. Harlow’s sweetness softened the edges of Michaels’ angst, and their writing meshed together beautifully in this engrossing best-friends-turned-lovers romance. Michaels weaved her angsty magic in all its gut-wrenching glory. Harlow tempered that emotion with layers of sweet romance and sizzling chemistry that added depth and richness making this a memorable love story that I simply did not want to put down. This author collaboration is anything but imperfect, and I’ll be right here hoping and waiting for more from these two perfectly matched authors. Five smooches from me for Imperfect Match by Corinne Michaels and Melanie Harlow!

Loved Willow and Reid!
I loved this book! It was a fun, entertaining and an emotional read. I loved the chemistry between Willow and Reid, I loved how they just fit together and were able to be what the other needed. I also enjoyed all the secondary characters as well, even Willow's crazy sister. Though I haven't read any books just by Melanie I knew with typical Corinne fashion, that I'd be having my heart break at some point or another which, of course happened. I just love how you always feel exactly how the character is feeling. Both authors were able to make me feel happy, confusion, love and the unbearable heartbreak just through reading their words. I loved this book and I can't wait for another collaboration between these two! While I wait I need to read the rest of their books!
