The flavor is intense for me but my husband doesn't mind it. Short lived and after 2 weeks of use I'm feeling great ! I'm not groggy and my energy level is consistant and I sleep really well. Highly recommend!

I purchased this based on its contents and the fact that I believe it was processed in the USA. I’ve only been using this product for a little over 2 weeks and have noticed nothing, perhaps it takes a while to accumulate in the system.On a good note taking them in on an empty stomach is not an issue. If the results are positive I’ll follow up with a review of what’s good.

This product has all three ampk boosters {Gynostemma, quercetin, Berberine} I bought Master Switch to help support my natural ampk, fight deep stomach fat and to boost my energy. To soon to report whether there is any improvement in these areas yet.

Don't waist your money! All it did was make my burps tast gross 😝. I had better results and reduced my body fat just with proper diet and PLENTY of exercise.

Find upon taking for a few weeks increased energy and decreased eating. Overall just feel better, no afternoon slump.

I did some investigation about AMPK and had high hopes. I'm only trying to lose about 5 lbs but my husband needs to lose a bit more. We've only been taking it for 2 weeks but I had hoped to see better results. After 2 weeks of eating healthy and exercising more neither of us have seen any weight loss in total. Not sure that this product actually helps. I can't say that it can as of yet.
