Immediately unpacked, followed instructions and voilà, does exactly what it says, snap cool towel around the neck helped ease heat rash and helped me keep cool all afternoon and evening. Occasionally needs another snap to cool the towel again and to wet again every 2-3 hours which is a very small price to pay for a little comfort during this heatwave.

These are great! They keep very cold for as long as there is moisture in them. Great when you work in a very hot office (and have just begun the hot flushes of menopause!). NB The pack says you can machine wash and also that you can't machine wash. I've machine washed at 30 degrees (seperately as the colour may run) and they still work fine.

UPDATE: to the review below. After leaving my feedback the seller sent me a really nice apology for the product not being as good as I thought it would be and issued me a full refund even though I never asked for one! So changed the star rating, the product is still not great (but its cheap) but the customer service is fantasticSave your money! The good ice towels are on Amazon for about £10 for one, so 3 for this price seems a bargain. But its not! These don't work at all, its just like wetting any piece of material and putting it on! It feels cold and wet for about 10 minutes then its dry. The proper one's last hours. Thought it was too good to be true

Lovely little product (x3) does exactly what it says it does. I’m keeping cool when working out, are you? Love this product! And it’s been extremely hot, so put to good use!

When I was first told about this product, I was not convinced. My friend insisted I try it and explained it great for if and when my son gets a fever. So on that note I got a set. How surprised I was. It really did provide some cooling factor. Simply drench it in water, squeeze as much as possible and apply. Now it’s not 100% dry, it felt more like 97%. The cooling really is great, helped a lot on the hottest day in July.

So, I bought one from another site and I loved it! I showed it to my four year old granddaughter and she’s loved it too especially as I called it magic and it helped to heal her blister. Of course I gave it to her family and straightaway came to Amazon to get another for myself! Now I have three, one for me and two to give away. They are great and do exactly as described. I’m an elderly grandmother now so not so much into the sports scene apart from as a spectator but they’re invaluable as a quick cool off. If you’re hesitant, don’t be, get them!!!!!
