Good Quality Batting, I use to make Pot Holders and Hot Pads for Casserole Dishes...The thickness is Great..I use 2 Thicknesses and it's perfect..it a Good Deal for the Money...

Batting with heat/cold holding capacity
At first, I thought that this product could be used as the part that touches a hot surface (as in a potholder), but it's not, it melts - my error. I'm sure it will be fine as a middle layer that doesn't touch a very hot surface, we will see.

Works so well for insulating
I bought these to make pot holders and it works so well. It really keeps the heat of the pot from the table. Great to use for anything needed to insulate heat or cold or keep things from transferring heat. You can get it cheaper at Hobby Lobby when they have fabric on sale, but otherwise this is the best price.

Convenient
I am not near an urban shopping area and could not find this in local stores. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.I’m not sure why I had to but two packages but I’ll prolly use it.
