Anyone tried using these to mount corsair AIO's?

Not sure what weight is in those corsairs but the hex mounting kit seems sturdy enough. Cheap enough to take a punt on, I'd reckon.

Can i use these to fit a heatsink to an msi mpgz390 gaming plus?

Possibly, getting the height just right to allow even contact with the cpu/gpu might take some fine tuning with some washers, i recommend nylon washers. Only other variable would be the screw type your heatsink requires for mounting.
