I started taking this vitamin because I was looking for a good quality multi vitamin but didn’t want to pay super high prices. I took the chance and tried this one. Turns out, I love this multi vitamin!! I’ve noticed myself feeling overall better. I honestly didn’t think I would feel any different but I do. You don’t notice it until you stop taking them for about a week or so. I ran out and forgot to reorder. I noticed a difference in how I felt. Less energy and more fatigued without it. It’s not a crazy amount of energy but it’s just a healthy feeling. I’m on my 3rd bottle and will use these forever!

Easy to take, no taste, no stomach upset if you have food in your stomach or while you are eating. Size is the size of a Tylenol capsule. I believe it is effective for me. My bloodwork has been great. Color is a muted yellow, almost tan. Ingredients is all the vitamins that is recommended for women over 50yr of age.

I really did my homework in seeking an optimum vitamin that was natural with a good range of DV of nutrients and so far very pleased with results. Its been 1 week and I have noticed improvement in my energy level and overall well-being.Only need to take once a day. Capsules seem on the larger side- but its a multi vitamin! Alot of vitamins packed in there! Makes sense to me! Not an issue taking down.I take the daily dose midday with my meal and so far no no digestive issues which I am very sensitive to with vitamins.I highly recommend this multi!

I changed my diet to vegan/plant-based in January of this year. In researching, I learned the vitamins I will need and I found one and really likèd it abd the citrus taste. However, I also had to take a multivitamin with it and it was costly. I then purchased these and omega 3 pills but still didn't have all the vitamins I needed and it was costly. I do recommend this product. I just needed more.

We've been using this brand for several years & have been very satisfied. They are Capsules, not tablets, also contain ample amounts of everything a multi should have. I did notice on my husband's new bottle a smell that has never been before. They aren't causing any ill effects, but I will watch the next order.
