Good Quality - No Post for Sign
The signage is a thick sturdy plastic piece with the lettering clearly printed on. I accidentally marked it with a pemanent marker and was able to remove the stray marker mark with a clorox wipe without removing the lettering. This gives me hope that it won't fade too much over time. The stickers are sturdy vinyl and comes with raised lettering. The quality surprised me. Only issue I had was it didn't come with a post. I guess it would be cost-prohibitive to do that. I went to a local Home Depot and brought a 36" metal post from their fencing department. I also had to buy some screws and nuts to keep it in place. The hole on the sign is small, so I had to use my drill to drill a larger whole. The post, screws and nuts ran me about $6. Of course you could also get a wooden stake and nail the sign on, which requires no drill and will cost you about $7 for the stake (they only came in packages of 12). Other reviewers said that Brinks was purchased by ADT. I started to worry about people knowing this. I talked to my neighbor who has a real security system and lo and behold, she had a Brinks sign in her yard - lol. I guess I don't need to worry. I wish they sold just the stickers. I had to buy two sets to get enough stickers, now I have an extra sign. Overall, I would recommend this set. UPDATE: It has been 1 year and the outdoor sign looks brand new and none of the stickers have faded. Still very happy with purchase.

Brinks was bought out by ADT so hopefully no one in my neighborhood or anyone devious is aware of this. But I bought the sign and stickers as another security measure as a detterant for any potential theives. Our neighborhood is a good one. No break ins or crime to my knowledge but I think it's always good to play it safe and never take anything for grangrantThe stickers and sign are not reflective. Just plain stickers and sign that looks like what you seen here on amazon. I thought the stickers were supposed to be able to be put in the window from the inside facing outwards so that no one can tamper with the stickers or weather wearing. But they aren't. You have to stick the stickers on the window and doors from the outside. Also the outdoor sign doesn't come with a stick or stake attached to it. So I had to go to Lowes to buy a woodwn stake specifically out of the signs area and attach it (which makes the sign look a little amatuer). But it is what it is for $12.99 LOL

Pretty good deal
The sign and the stickers look very official and the phone number listed on the sign and the stickers actually goes to a security answering service however I had a really hard time finding a post to put the sign on or finding a way to adhere the sign to the posts that I could find. This gives it away that it's not official because you don't have the official steak like the other security signs around town. I went to numerous stores and even looked on Amazon for the yardstick sold by itself but could not locate it. The stickers have held up well in the weather and I think are a good deterrent and I am pleased with them.

Good deterrent and creates a feeling of safety
Good, sturdy sign with high quality window stickers. It does not come with a pole, and the recommended one on Amazon is far too expensive. I went to Lowes instead and found a pole that would work in the loose metal section. It was a little long, but I just stuck deeper into the dirt and it made it sturdier. The sign also does not have any holes to attach it to the pole so you will have to drill your own. The sign looks exactly like the ones the company give out. Brinks was bought out by ADT, but these signs are still used in some yards. I got this because my wife began to become paranoid by just about any noise at night. We do not live in a bad neighborhood but she just got herself worked up each night and could not sleep. Getting this sign and putting it in the front yard with the window stickers helped to ease her worrying and she now sleeps much better at night. The sign isn't a security system but works well as a deterrent. If I was a thief I would choose a house with no sign of protection rather than taking chances.

Did not meet my expectations because it did not come with the aluminum rod to attach in front yard. The picture clearly showed it with this rod.

Very nice set of warning stickers, and yard sign.
Nice presentation. Strong yard sign support post, easy to install. As criminal gangs now use "Street View" of your neighborhood to select homes for the most promising burglary targets, they would be nuts to take the chance if you have this sign in your front yard. Don't forget to put stickers on front and back doors, as well as the windows that are covered by foliage. Another item you could put under the eaves, near doors and secluded windows is the low cost small (fake) dome cameras that operate on several small batteries. When installed, you push the clear plastic dome to turn on the Passive Heat Sensor. When someone comes into range of these sensors they blink a red light within the plastic dome. This gives a potential slime ball another warning that he MAY have tripped a video recording system that has been sent to a security firm - and they have contacted your local PD. You SHOULD have some sort of panic warning/alarm system that sends signals to your local cell phone tower while these signs are a good deterrent.

Perfect for keeping thieves away!
These work great! I didn't have the same security system as this one but the name recognition is what I was looking for. I didn't want to purchase a no name or fake security sign since that would only let the thieves know that my security is not what it seems. So I went with these and couldn't be happier. I put them on all major entrances including the back yard. Most people only put it on the front door or front yard but if a thief doesn't see the sign out front and goes into the backyard, then you've got a problem. Also I've read that thieves will stake out your place days or weeks before and will see what the best way to enter your house. I'm not saying this is the only deterrent but it will hopefully keep the thief from stopping at your house !
