Nice little drive.
I was having trouble with a previous well-reviewed drive and needed a replacement. This drive is easy to work with (plug and play) and has burned many disks error-free. Works well with Toast software. I have used this drive to burn audio CDs as well as file DVDs.

Utter fail on Macbook Pro
Had two of these. One I barely used - originally it wrote OK to CD when I bought it. The other I never used, so it was still brand new. Today, six months later, neither will read any standard factory CD beyond the track listing. Won't rip, won't play. Then crashes. Using Mac / Apple Music

Must-have for anyone with a small computer
I have been missing this ever since I upgraded to a smaller computer and ditched the old one with the disc drive. I tried a few different models offered on Amazon and just haven't had much luck. This one works! I wish that it had an external, obvious button that is not flush with the drive. I like the sleek design and all, but an obvious button would make it easier to interact with. This is ideal for anyone with a smaller computer and a USB port. I'm relieved to have found a disc drive and it will remain an essential to keep in my laptop case.

Very easy to use.Plug into the computer and pull up your picture files and burn to disc. Used it on my laptop today and plugged it and and grandchildren watched a movie.

Mac friendly CD/DVD Burner (USB)
Reasonably priced CD/DVD burner I use on my Mac to import some old CD music I want with relying on streaming or limitations from certain downloads. I bought this music once! No need to pay for it again!
