The flavor is good, not strong like other electrolytes, but the powder doesn't mix very well.

Not bad, I can feel a difference when I take it. I will say the powder doesn't mix very well and the flavor isn't very strong. I mixed it in with tea and it was a great natural sweetener.

There's a lot going on here. It is clearly a healthful and thoughtful combination of ingredients and the price is right. Not too sweet, which prevents cephalic response (small insulin spikes even though there is no sugar content).Use this as a Gatorade replacement and a once-a-day treat for your body's hydration.I posted a question about cellular autophagy and whether this product could be sparingly used during a prolonged water fast for electrolyte recovery. I suspect this product will help with "keto-flu"; provided there's no regression in autophagy clean-up.

I was really hoping I’d like this because of all of nutrients it has but it tastes terrible. I might as well have taken a spoon to the dirt outside and scooped it into my water. I’ve tried a lot of similar powders and even ones specifically called out for being “green powders” and none of them taste nearly as awful as this.Oh and to top it off? NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM. worst purchase I’ve made on Amazon thus far.

I do not like how this does not easily mix into water as it is more of a powder that “floats” instead of granular which I had been used to in another brand. It also does not have a great flavor. On the bright side, that flavor is very light so it can be mixed with beverages and not really noticed.

I bought this loving the list of ingredients and the fact there was no sugar, but somehow missed seeing Stevia in the list. I don't like the taste that Stevia leaves, reminds me a lot of saccharine and so I avoid it. Stating this is 'sugar free' is misleading because Stevia is a sugar alternative. This drink is sweet. Very sweet, in my opinion and in that false sugar way. I wish they made this without it, I would absolutely buy that version in a heartbeat, because I don't plan to buy this version again.That said, if Stevia doesn't bother you, this is a great electrolyte/hydration powder and I would recommend it to people who think Stevia is the bees knees.

This product is great since it only contains whole food ingredients, which is very important in supplements, making it more bioavailable and healthier for you. It also tastes really good; and is non-GMO (also very important). Furthermore, I understand there are no carbs or added sugars, which is great if you are looking for a keto-friendly product, or for use during water fasts. I also use it before and after infrared sauna use.
