It works great for fruit. I accidentally blended instead of shredding spinach, so I made spinach roll ups instead of fruit roll ups lol.

Did not fit the food dehydrator they were paired with ad a recommendation.

Excellent trays to work with for fruit leathers and such.

This is a great product for the price. Easy to use. Very efficient and I love the timer. You should move trays around for efficiency but, I always did that with my Nesco dehydrator. I did order 2 extra sheets for fruit rollups.

There is a big flaw in this item. It doesn’t fit properly. The manufacturer didn’t allow for the height adjusters built into the trays. So the fruit sheets sit unevenly and any liquids run to one side and spill over. It will work for things like fruit and tomato peels, but not for dehydrating broth or more liquid items.

This does not fit well and as well and were warped when I got them. I thought that with the heat generated by my Consori dehydrator the traps would flatten and lose their warp. I thought wrong. This has been a very difficult thing to work with, and when dehydrating "Turkey Jerky", it works. Turkey Jerky is not very gravity dependent, and won't run to one side or another.Yes, I have used a level to make sure that my Consori is level, but the trays do not fit well and the warp is becoming intolerable. I noticed another review written in June that talks about cutting out some pieces so that it lays flatter. I guess I am going to do that now, and if I get any success with that, I will update or repost another review.For now, I have given it the college try and this is not working well at all.I have tried Hurricane tape to force the warp to sit nicely, and that works well. I am really impressed with Gorilla Glue's Hurricane tape for previous products, but the tape stretches ever so slightly with 140F heat and the warp is there again.If you read this review, and find a better product, please let us know. This does not work with any fluid-like, e.g. eggs.

Since its very hard to get fruit leather sheets here in Australia I took a chance on these based on the measurements.These ARE NOT 11.8 INCHES ACROSS!Oh and you have to destroy the package to even open it and get to them ☹️
