Amazing Value, A Tablet on Your Dash
I have waited several months to provide an accurate review. This unit is well worth the money. If you have access to internet you can do anything you would like. I use waze, Spotify, and YouTube regularly with no problems. There is no unit anywhere close to this one for the same price. And I cannot imagine what a more costly unit would be able to do that would be better than this one.The one thing I have not been able to figure out is how to have my texts messages visible on the screen. I am an iPhone user and I believe that is why. It seems to me if I had an android that I would be able to do so.This is basically just a tablet attached to your dash. It’s great. I installed the unit with no experience. I just searched on YouTube for some videos and learned how to do everything from the install kit to the wiring. The tablet fits perfectly on the dash of my 2002 Chevy Avalanche. If you have a 2002 Avalanche you know the limitation with upgrading because of the din and a half factory unit. Save yourself the trouble and get this unit. The first unit they sent did have a defect with the monitor where the screen failed but you could still hear the audio. I contacted them and they sent a new monitor and I have had no issues since, it’s been a few months. When dealing with them they will reply back in the middle of the night and English will be broken but you must understand they are in China. But you can trust this company. If you are considering a stereo I would certainly recommend this one.Though it’s pricey, I would recommend upgrading to a mobile wifi from your cell service rather than just using your phone hotspot cause you have to manually connect every time get in the car. The mobile hotspot just stays on all the time.
