Mens Ultra High Boot

I bought this pair of boots two years ago. Now I find out the fabric is separating from the neoprene and they leak. I would expect that a pair of boots that cost over 100.00 dollars would more than two years.

White Mountains, AZ. I wore these for almost two years before they started leaking. They are not super warm, but if you're active, they work. Not really great for standing in snow or cold water creeks for extended periods of time. I know it's Arizona, but it gets cold up here. I live at 7200' and I work at 8500'. This last summer, we had over two months of straight rain. Snow started in October. These are great in the rain and mud. The outsoles on these are good too! Enough traction - for sure. After about the first 2-3 months, there was a little separation between the upper and the sole on the right boot. I could tell the next morning when I slipped them on - when I put pressure on the right foot, water would squish out. However, both of my feet remained dry and warm enough, so I kept wearing them. I have worn them hunting and fishing in 15F degree weather. Like I stated - as long as you're active, your feet stay warm with a pair of heavy, wool socks. The biggest problem - but I deducted no stars, because I should have thought about it - are the openings on the sides at around the 12-13" mark. Now, I will say that these handles make them super convenient to carry and are great to pull your boots on...BUT snow and especially water come right in those openings. This severely limits the depth at which one can "wade". I can't fault the boots for this, though. The pictures make it clear, and BOGS never claims that these are for deep snow and water. They are insulated rain boots, and they work fantastically in that regard. I ordered a size 12 - this is the size I wear in every shoe I own. They fit perfectly. The handles on the sides weren't even necessary for me - they slip on easily and the kick on the back of each boot makes removal easy as well. I just noticed that my feet have started getting wet (and cold) the last couple of weeks. I did order a pair of higher, more insulated boots from another manufacturer, but I will keep these boots to quickly slip on for quick runs to the wood pile when it's snowy or muddy. I just needed more insulation and height for the things I want to do. Hunting/fishing/ice fishing. OVERALL: Great, affordable boot for their intended use.

Bogs are acceptably comfortable and reasonably warm if you do not expect too much, but they are not a winter boot. Their grip on ice is the worst of any winter boot I have ever owned. The sole of the boot is totally inadequate for use in any slippery conditions. Bogs are best suited for working in your garden in Spring or Fall or walking inside a mall in winter. I now have to buy a real winter boot, the Bogs were an expensive mistake.

Bought these boots in 2017 for my son, now 9 years later they are still going strong. He grew out of them and I popped them on one day and they fit! Keeps your feet warm and dry. Excellent traction. They are on the heavy side and it makes up for the durability! Great value for a long term purchase.

These look like very rugged SCUBA diver's booties. A neoprene and rubber boot jars the traditional eye, but I suspect they make excellent materials against wet and cold - I mean, guys dive into the Arctic Ocean with this sort of thing. It slipped on easily, and I could tell immediately it would keep my foot warm - but it fit tightly around the top of my foot - and with no laces, there is now way to loosen the pressure. I liked them so much, I attempted to wear them with only a sock liner - no good. It helped a bit with the pressure, but the stitching for the neoprene that runs along the top and the bottom of the boot then pressed into my feet. Next size up doesn't make sense as the length was already a bit long - they seem to size right for length and even width, just not the height of your foot ... made me appreciate laces. Advice - when fitting them, try wearing them sitting down for a time. The pressure is greatest then because when your foot isn't pressing down on the bottom rubber when you are standing, it rises up and feels the pressure from the top more. You'll either love these or not be able to wear them.

The price was right, so I ordered these boots for my son. They fir right, are good quality and serve the purpose. Warm enough for Canada winter ;)

These boots fit true to size and appears to be very durable. I have worn them several days now, and I find them to be comfortable. I would have preferred a boot with a slightly thinner sole, but I'm sure I'll appreciate the thicker sole next winter.

These boots are amazing! I ordered an 8 but sent those back and got a 9 and they fit perfectly! I wear a 10.5 in womens so I was a bit iffy on what size to order but it worked out great. They are so comfortable and warm, easy to put on and take off.

These have become my go to boots for winter dog walks along the beach, shovelling snow, and running errands in my neighbourhood when conditions get wet and slushy. Essentially they are perfect when the purpose for wearing them and/or the weather conditions make looking fashionable irrelevant. I've worn them outdoors for long periods of time and my feet haven't become too cold, or too hot. As should be expected of a boot this high, they also keep my feet perfectly dry. I also find it very satisfying to simply trudge through a deep puddle of water, slush and mud that I would otherwise have had to avoid if I were wearing shoes or my more fashionable winter boots. I've also worn these boots without socks once or twice to quickly take out the garbage or walk the dogs around the block, and have found them to be perfectly warm. Despite their size, they are light weigh and fine to wear while driving. I have a manual transmission, and these boots don't get in the way at all while managing the clutch, break and accelerator. I find that the boots go on and off very easily as well. Laces? We don't need no stinkin' laces.

I have only just received my boots, and I am very impressed. I like the handles to help pull them on, and as a dog trainer I spend a lot of time outside in all weathers and they are war and dry. Very comfortable and soft underfoot. I have only had them for two days. I am normally a 10.5 / 46, and I order a 12 in these boots, they are slightly too big, and I thought my feet would get cold, but they did not, with a single pair of socks and being outside in -3 my feet were warm. Great boots

Ich als Frau muss mit Schuhgröße 45 auf Herrenschuhe ausweichen. Manchmal klappt das, manchmal nicht. Dieser Schuh war mir zu groß. Beim Herumlaufen im Haus habe ich mir leider eine Blase zugezogen. Warme Füße hatte ich aber auf jeden FAll! Schade. Gibt es die auch in Größe 44,5?
