I measured my elbow area as suggested by the manufacturer, size M was indicated. However that size did not work. I then ordered one size up (large) and yet I also feel that size is too small. Personally I feel that there has to be a way to include the size of the person's bicep for a more comfortable fit. I do not want to go up to an x-large as I think at that point the fit around my elbow would be too loose. There's a faint 'arrow' pattern on the sleeve that's mid-pattern on the sleeve, was that suppose to be fitted around my elbow area? Couldn't find info on that anywhere on the package. I've used the product, so I will not return it. Still on the hunt for a sleeve that will feel more comfortable, perhaps one that isn't as 'long'. I am dealing with a bicep strain. This was my personal experience, good luck to all.

I'll start by saying I have eczema on my fingers/hands, feet, and part of my leg, so my skin is already a bit sensitive. When I wear these sleeves for more than an hour, I get really itchy because of the way it's designed and the material used. So I recommend if you have sensitive skin, either wrap your arm in a thin layer of soft material or moisturize yourself before putting the sleeve on, or you might get irritated and itchy. I have an old skateboarding injury that I'm constantly tweaking and re-injuring because of the way I sleep. Lately it's been causing weakness and pain when I try to lift anything over 2 pounds. So I bought these awesome compression sleeves. If I'm already hurting before bed, I'll sleep with them on, otherwise, I only really use them when I'm already hurting, or if I know I'm going to be lifting something. The difference is night and day most of the time. A lot of the times I don't even notice that my arm had been bothering me before. I absolutely recommend it for anyone whose been dealing with weakness in their forearm and pain around the forearm and elbow. Just keep an eye on your skin if you have sensitive skin. Oh, one other thing, I wish the material was slightly more breathable, but it's not a big issue. Also, be careful when putting this on if it's a tight fit (it already should be to some degree). The material does have grip to it, but if it's catching on your forearm as you put it on, be careful, and maybe look away. One day my fingers slipped off when I was pulling it over my elbow and I punched myself in the lip... enough to bleed (and also feel completely embarrassed even though I was alone).

Bots are wearing these for football, one for an elbow injury after humerus surgery and one for a forearm issue and they both saidnit work amazing.

True story: I pulled these out of the box when they showed up to my house and then tried them on. Unlike any other compression sleeves, these were not that tight on my arms. I thought “Well, these aren’t going to work I’ll box these up tomorrow and send them back”. Then I felt as if I should at least give them a chance, so I did. I went to the gym and I put on my regular elbow compression sleeves and started doing some triceps extension sets, on my 2nd repetition I felt immediate pain and stopped. I left the gym to get my Crucial elbow compression sleeves that were in the car. I only put it on my right elbow because that’s where I was having pain. As soon as I resumed my repetitions it was all good, no more pain. For the rest of my workout I didn’t have any more pain! The next workout I used both sleeves and I’ve been rocking out with some serious weight that I couldn’t do prior to this. The sleeve will feel snug but it won’t be tight. It’s like putting a sock on your arm. It is definitely a good buy. I measured my arm at 17 inches plus so I got 2XL.
