Great grinding
Nice product. The use of stones gives traditional grinding. 4* because they should include a good user manual. Kneading is complicated because you have to be very precise about the flour to water ratio. Many companies provides separate measuring pots for them. Actually a little modification specifically addition would have made it better to use. However it is really good and with little tricks with this I could reduce heavy workload in kitchen.

No buying this type of grinder No service and response for our sid
I Have bought the grinder in 10 month before its not working, I will complaint the persone before 1 month still problem not solved. the person was speak harassment and threats for online complaint through amazon. Dont buy this type of products

I'm satisfied with this product and performance
Pretty decent grinder. Quick shipping. Good build quality. Needs some refinement in finishing. It worked well for the first and only time I used it.My only concern is about the handling during shipping. Although It was packed properly, the delivery man placed it side up on the floor which could damage the drum. He did not know what's inside and the handling instruction label pasted on the package said 'Heavy, Lift with care' and nothing about which way to place it.I'm overall satisfied and the equipment is recommended for medium to small families. This is arguably the best wet grinder at the price range.

At this price you can not get better product than this . while grinding kepp on adding the ingredients slowly. Do not put the ingredients at a time otherwise the motor will not able to move
