Do not buy this luminaire for use with Modern Forms Aviator 5 Flush Mount Fan FH-W1811-5. It does not cover the screw heads on the Blade Collector ring. The correct luminaire model number for this fan is: F-1811-5-LED-MB and it is 8" in diameter. Amazon will ship F-1811-LED-MB which is only 6" in diameter

Does not fit 5 blade fan! Make sure you order the right one
Totally fine product but you have to make sure you’re ordering the correct size as this is listed as the recommendation on Amazon for the 5 blade fan. This one is too small and the screws show. This one is for the 3 blade or smaller fan.

Excellent fan and light
This is an outdoor fan and I selected this fan because it had clean lines without a lot of openings. In our area of Texas outdoor fans often become great hiding places for wasp nests.
