very comfortable
only used for about 3 hours so far, but my back feels great. The key benefit with these saddle seats; is that it doesn't just make you sit in a position of good posture.. it makes the position with good posture feel natural and easy to maintain. (when you compare any typical chair... you can consciously correct your posture, but I naturally go back to slouching after a while- so it requires effort). My mum tried it and agreed with all the above. Build wise- it looks decent enough. doesnt look the most expensive or high end, so may be slightly overpriced. but it has a good level of cushioning and is comfortable after first impressions today. Not sure if it was worth paying around £70 for this vs the many available at around £40; as it looks like id expect those £40'ers to look. Ill update this review if my views change, or there are any issues in the first 2 years.

Amazing product
Absolutely amazing service, delivered in 2 days, 10mins easy assembly, no tools required, quality construction and materials and just perfect to assist my posture when painting in my studio

Sturdy and true saddle size
Good quality - wheels, riser, saddle. Very easy and quick to assemble. The 'saddle' is quite wide, more of a saddle than many, and may take an initial bit of getting use to. From a posture point of view, it certainly assists you with maintaining a better sitting position without relying on supports. Still important to take regular breaks though. Certainly excellent value for money and a good one if you fancy trying a saddle stool.

Do not buy
Really comfy stool. Thought it was great, but the mechanism that makes the stool go up amd down, has broken after just 2 months. So now it's pretty useless. Really disappointing

I've had this now for a few years and still love it.
Great chair. I've had it now for a few years, so this is a long term use review. It makes me sit upright at my computer desk, it's comfy, hight is well adjustable and I definitely don't miss a backrest due to the upright sitting position. Also, the price was amazing! Many years ago I tried the kneeling chair, and that hurt my knees very badly - first few days were fantastic, then the knees started crying for help. With this saddle chair, no discomfort happens after a week, month or a year. It's meant to be a massage/therapist's chair, but I think it's perfect for computer desk chair. I first saw similar chair at my chiropractor's place, and guess what, I haven't been to him since I've had this chair. It doesn't do magic, but it does make you sit in the right position and keep your spine and back healthy whilst spending hours at the desk.

Sturdy stool
Lovely quality and very sturdy. Great for my reflexology

Not for large men
with testicles. And I do not joke as there is a serious risk of restricted blood flow to the important parts and severe numbness. Had to return this chair which once assembled is very difficult to disassemble. As for carrying a heavy person, works just fine. It’s of high quality, well constructed and serious value for money...if you are a female. But the saddle shape, like some cycle saddles is just not suited for the male physiology.

Miracle cure
Suggested by my physio. Could barely walk due to hip pain. As I sit at a desk mostly, I decided to get one. It took a while to get used to, but after 4 hours on day 1 I went to make a coffee, and on tbe way to the kitchen the penny dropped that I had no pain.... In just four hours it had freed me up. I use it daily, and cannot fault it.

Got the split saddle. The 2 sides of the split saddle are not symmetric with the right side being noticeably higher and flatter than the left, which must be a manufacturing defect. Will be returning it.

I bought different wheels. like the ones for inline skates. This has been a great tool. Very Saturday and very comfortable.

Like the solid cushion and back support. However, the leather started to peel off after 1 year...I have back pain and knee pain. The stool helps take the load off and make it easy for me move around the house and performing house chores. Better than a using a wheelchair. Hope the manufacturer will honor the 3 year warranty stated on the product.
