Hilariously Fun Office Game!
I purchased Office Madness for our team bonding event, and it was a huge hit! The game is easy to learn, engaging, and had everyone laughing within minutes. It’s perfect for breaking the ice and creating memorable moments with coworkers. The quality of the components is excellent, and the scenarios are so relatable that it feels like the creators really understand the modern workplace. Great job to the game creators! Productive yet hilarious game for any office!
We run a relatively big tech start-up, we’ve got 20 people, not too bad for a start-up that’s been in business for only 2 years! 😉 We try to be original with our team building activities. We do one every couple of months and like to try new things and experiences. The girl that is responsible for our team building events bought this game and showed it to me at one of our meetings, suggesting that we should play it at the next offsite. Our offsite was scheduled to be a picnic lunch at a park nearby, out in the nature, and we thought it would be a good place and time to try playing this game.I liked how it had three levels of spice, so to speak. You start with “Mild” questions about the company culture and fun facts about each other. It brings out the personality and gets everyone talking and bonding. Then we progressed to “spicier” questions, which were hilarious and had everyone laughing. We had to skip a few questions, but overall it was a great game. Everyone was engaged and genuinely having fun and happy to share their opinions. It shed some light for me on our office culture and what people thought of each other and the company meetings, policies, etc, but it was done in a fun way.It was extremely productive way of spending your lunch hour! Because A) Your whole office is really opening up and becoming friends B) It’s a great way learn what everyone truly likes, dislikes, prefers and wants from their jobs, careers, colleagues, etc but in a funny way, that doesn’t feel like a meeting or a review. It gave me an idea of how I can make our office even better. I value our office life and the people I work with, and I strongly believe that happy employees make your company thrive. So I would recommend this game for any office. You can choose the questions in advance, if you want more control of the situation. Or you can choose to only play “milder” decks if your office is on a conservative side. Basically you can make it work in any office culture.

Played this game at a company dinner
We had a company dinner to celebrate achievements, review results and give out awards. The manager asked me to buy this game and give it a try at the dinner as part of team bonding activity. It was fifteen of us at the table and after the dinner course was done for desert we pulled out the game. We started off with Mild deck. Questions were easy to answer and fun: such as “Who in the group has the biggest shoe collection?” or “Who in the group goes on the most exotic trips. “ It was fun seeing how people in the team perceive you and how you see others. Then we moved on to Medium deck. Questions were a bit spicier such as: “If you could take the job of someone else on the team, who would it be and why?” Thought this was a tricky question, but we had fun with it and nobody took anything too seriously. Also there was a questions about what would you like to here from your manager that would help you feel motivated and successful. So these types of questions were great, because it was a way to understand how the team really feels and what do individuals need to feel good in their role. By the last round the Hot Deck we had a few drinks too many and just had a lot of laughs and it felt like a dinner of good old friends vs a company thing. It had some hilarious questions like: “Who in the group has no filter?” or “Ask someone in the group to impersonate you!” Would recommend this game for any office looking for some new and fun team building activities!

GREAT GAME!
Great game!! I tried this on my team at our office outing and it turned out a huge success. After playing I’ve got a clear understating about what my team thinks about each other, about the company and coworkers. To mention a little bit about my case, I work as a marketing manager in the company I work for and my team was individually bringing up their difficulties with getting on with each other from time to time, and this has been a problem for me as I didn’t know how it address it. Clearly there was mismatching between personalities but I couldn’t get a complete understating of the situation since I hear complaints from everywhere. For the longest time, I was looking for a way to approach them, I tried talking to them directly which they did not like much, I tried to take them for drinks – again not so successful and I even told my HR manager that I have trouble managing my team which obviously didn’t look good on me.I am so thankful to office madness game, it really helped me to listen to each and every team mate personally. I never saw my team talk so openly about each other before. Game was designed in a very smart way to tackle most sensitive thoughts without getting any feelings hurt. I am super thrilled to recommend this product to anyone who has trouble reading people and who needs to understand gaps in their corporate culture and who needs to strengthen their bond with coworkers. Kudos to the creator of Office madness!!

Team Bonding
Quality cards that my team loved. They even requested to play it once. Quick and easy to play. I liked that there were multiple “spice” levels. Highly suggest for team bonding!
