This unit provides excellent serviceability with easy to replace filters! Truly love this unit. Simple install!

The unit works great, reduces my well water from ~500 ppm total dissolved solids (TDS) to ~30 TDS.The installation was easy but for my situation I installed the unit in my basement and ran a line up to my refrigerator. The pressure tank arrived with too high of pressure in the air bladder, this is easily solved by releasing air out the "bike-like" air valve on the front of the tank. Then the flow out of the fridge was pretty slow so I added a delivery pump as well.

Purchased it in December of 2020. I had a plumber install it and worked really well. 4 months in, it suddenly started to leak on the top of the faucet. Terrible tech support from out of the country couldn't help to fix the issue. They sent the replacement as a warranty. I got it re-installed by a plumber and 2 months later, water is leaking again from the faucet. If this happened during our vacation, it would have ruined our wooden floors for sure! Not recommending.

Water taste good. I installed on my own. Instructions that came is useless. What helped is the installation video on Amazon product page that shows how to install and that made it easier for me.

3/22/2024 Replaced all filters due to reduced water output. Now the water pressure is so low, tank will not fill up on its own. No leaks found after replacement. New unit not available.Update: I had to replace this unit at my expense due to unit malfunction. The seating space for SEDIMENT filter move out of alignment. Plumber said he'd only seen this couple times. Was unable to manually realign.Original comment: Had unit installed by plumber. After 4 flushing, I was finally able to reduce output to 30 ppm which allows cool mist water humidifier to operate efficiently. This was my ultimate goal, living in dry desert atmosphere in Arizona.

Easy install, easy to replace filters, like the light to monitor usage

So I was able to get it out of the box long enough to discover that the blue faucet line is too short to get to my mounting location. Now I'm stuck to figure out if I want to pay for a bunch of connectors (and wait even longer) or try to cram the unit in a place I don't want. Either way, I'm not impressed. I'm even less impressed that the price when down 5% since I purchased it about a week ago. Seemed like a neat concept, easy to change filters... seemed like a good idea, but it wasn't. Now I'm still without RO water and my grow operation has come to a screeching halt. I'm not happy. Perhaps an extra 7 cents in production cost in providing longer lines would have made this review unnecessary. I gave this a 2-star, it may go up or down one star by the end of the week.

This is a pretty neat system but after having it installed, had to hire a professional. The filters only lasted a little while on our well. The wel water is very hard here and this did not really stand a chance.
