I bought this for my elderly mother who is required to carry a few meds with her for emergencies. It is a very strong metal container with two chains- one plain and one more decorative. It is very easy for her to open it and the chain is long enough that is is not seen when being worn.

No more missed doses!
I have a very hectic morning schedule and I'm not always in the same place at the same time. I take a twice daily medication and the doses should be taken 12 hours apart. I was struggling to remember the morning dose until I purchased this pill holder. I fill it each night when I take my nighttime dose. Now my medication is with me no matter where I am, and I can step aside quickly to take it. I have a tendency towards skin allergies but no issues with this. It is comfortable and discrete. I can hold 2 pills in it.

Perfect for what I needed. Very small pill case which, is hard to find. 2 necklaces is incredible for the price. Guess only thing is time will see how well it holds up (im hard on lecklaces) and just how waterproof it is. Seems like a perfect tight seal for now. Outside texture helps as lot to open when you screw it tight. Difficult to screw back on which is good, means the grooves line up precise. Comes with extra o rings too. Like other reviews, yeah could be a tiny tiny bit longer for me, but that all depends on your head size. It is a tiny bit shorter than last necklace I had that measured same length as this advertised. Less than tiny fraction, almost impossible to see, of an inch
