Wolf Pack: Tracking Wolves in the Wild Paperback – Illustrated, August 1, 1985

This has been a very helpful book for me as an owner, or should I say as pack leader, of his own "pack". AsI read the book I began to recognize the pack behavior in my pack that usually fluctuates between 3 and 5 dogs at any one time. Wolves are very intelligent and resourceful and they depend very heavily on pack behavior and pack society. A wonderful discovery.

This book has a lot of good information for my young wolf lover. We read a chapter each night. Definitely would recommend it.

THis book is written clearly and succinctly tells the way you can observe wolves without interupting their daily routine. THe pattern is simple ... yu must be silent and accepting. The second point would be that you need to know prints and markings along the path in the wild to find them... not an easy ask but made simpler by the guides in this book. If you like wolves this is a must for you, I have read so many books on the subject and believe it or not each one has a different story to tell about these wonderous animals. This book is a must for anyones shelf! give this one a go!
