Crabtree Buff + Invigorate Body Bar 200 g

Loved this body bar

Lovely soap. Good grip. Has a slightly Sandy/gritty texture for buffing the body. Do not use on Face or sensitive areas as it’s too harsh. Doesn’t creat loads of suds but enough to get a good clean. Great to use on legs when shaving to get rid of ingrown hairs and dead skin. Scent is kind of like wet cardboard/ porridge. Not horrible but not overly pleasant either. I’m not sure where the “invigorate” bit comes from but I do like it. Also very expensive for soap. Crabtree is a good brand however. Would recommend. It’s good for the environment and lasts aaagggggeeesss

This bar smells delightful; just the thing to cheer you up in the morning shower.I agree with the previous reviewer that it feels a bit slippery,but I managed fine as you don't need much to produce a good lather.It's not harsh and abrasive like some scrub bars,but left my skin feeling soft and refreshed,not dry at all,and smelling great!

A nice big chunky bar of soap (at least initially), it's really pleasant to use in the shower. The fragrance is very pleasant, noticeable but at the same time quite subtle and lasts for ages after showering. The lather is excellent and the soap is generously embedded with bamboo stem slithers which have a pleasant abrasive exfoliating effect.I really like this soap. Possibly on the pricey side but it is a big bar and a nice showing experience.

This is a delightfully scented soap that also lathers extremely well. Too well, in fact, as it is extremely slippery and very difficult to handle in the shower, slipping out of my hands on every use. It could do with a string or similar to aid grip. I also didn't notice much exfoliation going on despite the clear presence of tiny grains in the soap; they are probably lost in all of the lather and don't get near the skin as a result.Try this if you like a soap with attractive scent and a good lather, but it is probably best suited to use in a bath rather than a shower.
