uxcell® 10 Pcs A3144 3 Terminal Sensitive Hall Effect Switch Sensor

After killing one by powering it backwards, I found the rest of em all to be working well at around 3.3v. They stopped working below 2.8 volts. 10k and 100k pullup resistors worked. I didn't see a reason for a filter capacitor but my supplies are generally clean enough. Field direction matters! If it isn't triggering with the magnet on one side, try the other. And the thin, magnetic sheet used on a lot of fridge magnets was not strong enough to trip these switches, either at 3.3v or 5v. Stronger magnets worked just fine. Packaging was: in a small zip lock plastic bag, wrapped in foam, wrapped in yellowing cellophane tape. I was kind of worried about static but they seemed to be okay otherwise.

i have only played with two so far but they worked very well. I installed a ceramic magnet in my front door and this sensor is about 0,5 inches away and it triggers everytime. I get very upset reading reviews from people whom does not do their homework and ask questions first before making any purchases.

I havnt tried em yet...but they are tiny. there was no "mm" size so again i ASSUMED they were big enough to handle with my fingers. i need tweezers for these. we'll see.....
