This waist pack is durable and very well made! Honestly, I haven’t worn it much yet, but it’s fully loaded to 8.4 pounds with survival gear should I ever need it as a “get home bag” with a poncho/tent on top too.The only thing that could have been better is to have had extra length of elastic cord that is on top. I added the black cord seen in the photo - not as good as I’d like, but works okay for now.

Good cheap bag. It doesn't feel low quality. Comfortable to wear with plenty of pouches to store various things. There are two silly designs though, first there is a zippered pouch that also has a flap that clips down and over. Not sure why you need two closing mechanisms. Secondly there are straps that are right in the way of the zippers on the side pouches. The fabric feels tough, though. I'm happy with the product. I got the wrong product in the mail, but they corrected the mistake with zero hassle, and the correct bag made it to me within two business days. I would buy from this company again.

Not sure how to explain it...but this thing is probably the toughest material I have ever laid hands on. Going to be a great pack for gold prospecting and all-around outdoor wear. Check out TheHunterGT on YT as he shows of a great video of it in his review playlist. Plenty of room - plenty of places to attach to. Just an all-around great fanny pack if you need something to last in a harsh environment.

Well made and thoughtful construction. About as large and 'manly' as fanny packs gets. Added a MOLE water bottle holder which worked out great for the music festival this bag was purchased for. If you can get past the nonesense stigma of wearing a fanny pack, this one is both functional and looks pretty good. I also enjoyed the extra touch of the padding on the back panel, which protects you against 'pokey' objects and provides see degree of insulation for any cold beverages that may reside in the pack at some point in time. Also took advantage of the Velcro pad on front to customize with a patch I found on Amazon.

The annoyance of the front straps outweighed the utility, so I just cut the ends off and sewed it onto itself to create an additional static belt loop. Now it's much easier to access the front pockets.Other than that, very rugged material and dries pretty quickly if it gets wet. If you like to do your own modifications (which I think I will) there's a lot of potential to make this really great. If you like doing simple mods, you'll have fun with this.Here's what I put into mine for kayaking:knife, extra sunblock, basic first aid plus ibuprofen, signal mirror, compass, emergency cash, fishing license, snacks in a plastic bag, head-lamp, arc lighter + cigar, small microfiber towel. There's plenty room for more too - I could put my VHF radio or PLB on the bungie if I wanted to, although I prefer to keep those on my shoulder straps so they don't get submerged if I fall off.

I bought it in hopes of fitting a dSLR camera. It doesn't fit, but it is pretty cool regardless. It fits several plums, my Amazon kindle, extra battery packs, etc.Overall, it is a manly-fanny pack that works well. Note: I only have used it a few times during a trip so durability will be determined at a later date.

The headline says it all, and was the driver for my purchase. I was looking for a small bag to carry air rifle supplies on a hunt and maybe a few odd and sods, like a water bottle, and maybe a compass or some matches. The loss of one star is because the design is quirky in places. For instance, the webbing on the outside interferes w/ the zippers on the side pockets. Similarly, the tie down elastics obstruct the Velcro area for a tactical patch. Doesn't matter much to me, but it seems like a design flaw.

Worst fanny pack I have seen. Pockets are shaped to weirdly to be useful. I'm getting new 46 waist pants next week and this by no means will come close to fitting me. Unless you want to carry stuff that is mostly flat it is of little use. My Samsung phone without a case will not fit in the front center pocket. No way it can begin to fit in the pockets next to it. Will not hold my glucose meter in its pouch in the front. I'm at a loss as to why it got as many good reviews as it did. For me it is less than a 1. Maybe a .25 or a .5 at the most. Was lucky to fit a bottle of aspirin in one of the front side pockets and get it to zip up.
