Rogue Wrist Wraps (Multiple Colors and Sizes)

Heres the thing. It doesn't matter what size your wrist is. The strap will wrap around your wrist. The longer the strap the stiffer it will make your wrist making it bend less. I'd recomend buying a step up from the 12 inch.

These Rogue wrist wraps are a little pricy, so you would expect good quality from this set. However, I found that there was a major design flaw with the 18" wraps that I got. The problem is that the velcro loop strip is not long enough for the hook strip. So you end up having the hook strip attach to the wrist wrap itself, which damages the fabric. The only way to avoid that happening is to wrap them super tight, so tight that it was cutting off the circulation to my hands. And I only have 6.25" wrists so this shouldn't be an issue for smaller wrists. So if you have larger wrists it will probably be even worse. I decided that I would have to send them back because they're effectively unusable without a long enough loop strip. If they redesigned them with a fix to this problem, then I would have no problem buying them again. But until they do, I'd look elsewhere for some good wraps.I have included a picture to show you the level of fray that occurs just after a couple of times pulling off the velcro from that spot.

I am an older exerciser, not a body builder. I just lift to maintain muscle tone and strength. I have been experiencing wrist pain when doing curls and they began to persist for days afterwards. I consulted my much more expert child regarding this as she is quite knowledgeable on this area and she recommended this exact product. It has since worked great. I am able to lift without the pain and they are not uncomfortable; in fact, it is comforting to know I won't have to give up my exercise as I feared.

The first set of these I bought in August of 2018 were solid. Unfortunately, I lost them at a gym too far away to go back to.....so my wife ordered me another pair for Christmas. The new ones seem thinner and less resistant to wear and tear. I've used them for less than 2 months (approximately 4x/week) and they are already ripping at the seams. If this review was based solely on my first set, it would be a 5-star review. After I contact Rogue and see how they respond, I'll update.May 19 Update:Rogue sent me a new pair and they are just as good of quality as the original August 2018 purchase. Great product and excellent customer support.

These were great when I first got them. They started to lose their elasticity too soon for me to keep buying them. I was hoping they would be of higher quality since they had the Rogue name on them. I use them when training the Starting Strength method with all the lifts that my wrists are in compression. This means the wrap should be tight enough you don’t want to keep them on between sets. They get regular use and unfortunately the Velcro has started to not be as sticky, either. I would suggest spending more money for some that last longer. If you can swing the price to get better ones now, the Harbingers are pretty much the same thing but cheaper; as long as they’re the ones with the thicker Velcro strap like these.

I recently joined crossfit and my wrist started to hurt from the heavy lifting. I was recommended to use wrist wraps and it does wonders to my wrist! I do not have pain like before, mostly because my wrist are now becoming use to the weights and are becoming more flexible. But, having the wrist wraps does help with support. Only down fall is, the wraps are double the price on Amazon. If I were you, order them from Rogue.com they are half the price. But you do have to wait 5-7 business days for them to arrive.

Granted, these are a inexpensive alternative but after about 2 months of usage, the stitching started to fray and the velcro started to detach; not enough to prevent the from holding but enough to make me cautious about pulling too hard. A couple months later, when putting them on, at the gym, the thumb loop snapped. I would suggest investing in a higher-quality wrist wrap.

Awesome Product. Helps prevent injury, LIFTING MORE! Highly recommended. Using this for bench pressing and especially helpful when using dumbbells for exercises like shoulder press. Should of got these wrist wraps sooner!

クロスフィットで使用しています。特にウエイト系のトレーニング時に使用。しっかり固定出来て安心してトレーニング出来てます。

ゴールドジムのリストラップがボロくなったので購入。フィット感もよく、見た目もカッコよくて最高です。ゴールドジムのリストラップより少し固めだと思います。ボロくなったらまたリピートすると思います。
