It works great and fits securely but I gave it three stars because for bouncy chests on horse back it does not work well at all

Good points: hardware holds good and I'm not worried about my camera falling off. The straps are very adjustable even for a big guy like me. Good, large, easy to use buckle.

after testing it, so far the strap is good, the J piece looks a little flimsy but it seems like it'll hold for now, but the mounting bracket that attaches onto the chest mount is unusable. Mounted both my Galaxy S10 and a Gopro Hero Session and it's too loose. The spacing in between the piece and the bracket so wide, that it will end up falling down even simply by walking or putting any little amount of shock to it. Luckily, I have the default Gopro mounting bracket to attach onto the chest mount, but the 2 star review is simply because of that. If it weren't for the other parts being okay, then I would've given zero stars because the loose mounting bracket makes the entire product basically unusable

I felt kinda strapped with all the rubber straps. I would not wear it in public, probably would look stupid.

It's better having your hands available while still taking great pictures!

The attachment for the chest mount harness that snaps into the back plate has 3 very tiny screws to hold the camera or phone in place on the adapter and is very weak. I was walking very slowly on a flat tile floor testing the harness and after moving just 25 feet the attachment (with my expensive Sony camera) snapped off and the camera hit the floor. Fortunately, the Sony camera was only slightly scratched up, but still functional. A zip-tie tightened around the attachment on the harness after attaching the adapter might provide extra support. I would have given the harness 5 stars if the adapter was designed stronger and did not so easily snap off.

The product is nice but one does not work. The screw used to tighten the phone holder does not tighten like the other one we got so the phone cannot be tilted for use. My son wanted to use it immediately so we tried to make it work by changing out the screw but ended up making it worse. Would suggest a threaded end in the silver cap so that the screw actually holds the weight of the device

The media could not be loaded.  Missed the return window or would have sent it back. The screw that attaches the camera mount to the harness is about 1/4” too long. It doesn’t tighten so the camera/phone just flops to the bottom. Will have to buy something similar or see if I can rig it before I can actually use it. Disappointed and annoyed.
