There are many things I like about this bluetooth. It has excellent sound quality, long battery life and is comfortable. What I don't like is the voice dial is falsely activated when wearing it. Just normal conversation can activate it. In addition, the voice dialing doesn't work. I should be able to say "call home ", but nothing happens. Also, when my phone links to my car bluetooth, the only way I can get the signal back to the Marnana is to power it off and back on. Very annoying. If you want quality, it's great. If you want ease of use, look elsewhere.

No Noticeable Noise CancellationThe whole point of purchasing this unit was the advertised CVC8.0 noise cancellation. There is no noise noticeable noise cancellation. This unit picks up ALL sound clearly.In comparison, I also purchased, MPOW EM18 Bluetooth Headset V5.0https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0821JSPX9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1This MPOW EM18 unit cost about $16 less than the Marnana but has much better noise cancellation, even though both boast CVC8.0 noise cancellation. Although the MPOW doesn't have quite the clarity when tested on the microphone side for the person on the other end of the phone call listening.I perform the sink and toilet flush test for any BT earpiece I purchase. I give the earpiece to my wife and ask her to walk into the restroom and turn the sink on and off, followed by flushing the toilet. If I can hear these sounds clearly on the other end then it will also pick up road noise from traveling in a vehicle.The Marnana clearly failed both tests because it picked up all sounds clearly.The MPOW EM18 passed both tests, but sound was slightly muffled.

NO voice updates or warning about battery status, on, off, etc. It just stops working without warning. I've had cheap ones better than this one. I would never buy this brand again. Going back to Plantronics, cheaper but better.-----------------------------------------This was the most expensive cell phone headset I ever bought. I realize that's not saying much however my less expensive and perhaps near the low end, gave a voice update on the battery at start up and verbal warnings prior to totally stopping. The assumption was that with all the features this would certainly be one at that price point. Not true and a disappointment. Otherwise, the quality seems good and so far, it works fine.

I LOVE MARNANA! I was SO undecided when my old Plantronics was barely hanging on (and they no longer have one I like). I probably read 200 reviews from various bluetooth earpieces. Drove me crazy. But most of the ones for this were good, so I stepped off the cliff and bought it. My absolute FAVORITE thing is not having to press the button to get a response from it. It's GREAT! Periodically she responds to something on the radio or someone talking and she thinks it's me, but I find it amusing. I just don't answer and she goes back to sleep. Battery lasts all day. I wish there was a feature that gave battery time when activated, but I can actually see how much battery I have from my phone so that's not a deal-breaker in my book. My Mum can hear me when I'm talking to her and doesn't complain about background noise or tell me she can't hear me. Now I'm so sad because I was doing something this past weekend that required that I take off my headset and I put it in my pocket. At some point it must have come out when I pulled something else out and I can't find it. I can't believe I only had it two months and have to buy another one. UGH. At least this time I don't have to read a million reviews before making a decision. I'm buying another Marnana.

This product was purchased as a replacement for my last bluetooth which I lost. I was nervous because the pictures on Amazon show a design that goes over the ear and I've had hit and miss luck with designs like that but figured I'd try it anyways. So I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived that I had 4 ear piece options to choose from including 1 styled almost exactly like my last device! Score! This device charges really quickly and the battery life lasts long! Definitely the 13ish hours it promotes. It fit really comfortably which is rare for my rather small ears so I was excited I could leave it in my ear for hours unnoticeably. It synced to my phone without any problems for instant use. The call quality comes through really well. The only feature I haven't tried yet is voice command. I'm not much for using voice command so I'm not sure if I'll ever use it but it does seem like a nice feature in a bluetooth if I ever do.
