Nice and steady
I've been taking these as a coffee replacement for a while, and I love them. They are completely inoffensive, so even though the capsules are kind of big for me, they can be opened easily and mixed with orange juice or almond milk (or even water, though not easily). It's more caffeine than a small cup of coffee, but about the same as two, which is probably closer to what I and most people I know actually consume in a serving. I found it to be much less jittery than coffee (which I usually have to nurse for hours to avoid buzzing obnoxiously), and convenient to take with my daily vitamins. Unlike coffee, this did not piss off my stomach if I skipped breakfast or increase trips to the toilet. Maybe it's just me, but I seem to also drink more water throughout the day using this instead of drinking coffee or tea or energy drinks or juice. I'll almost certainly buy this again when I run out.
