I bought this for occasional podcasting as my room has lots of hard surfaces so rather than put acoustic foam on my walls I thought I’d give this a go. I use it with a Blue Yeti mic and it’s done what I needed with the sound being less “roomy”, it’s a flatter sound but makes it easier to make any adjusting in editing.The build quality is really good, especially at this price and I can’t imagine having to buy a replacement. Only thing to bear in mind is it does take up a fair amount of desk space.

This is smaller than you might think. But then again that means it will fit on a crowded desk pretty well. It seems to do the job I wanted of cutting out the noise of my PC fan when I'm recording my voice at my desk. The shield is well made. The tripod is not so good - the screw that keeps the height adjuster stable slips down too easily.Decent value for money if you need a small mic shield.

Bought to use for my microphone whilst gaming.Built very well and does a great job at cutting down on echos and other surrounding noises in rooms with little sound proofing.Creates a nice warm EQ to the microphone.Would recommend to everyone.

The shield is great but doesn't open up as wide as I'd like.

Fantastic product that really adds value to my studio setup, the difference is phenomenal when it’s in use, everything sounds warmer and less echoing in the sound.

Compact, they do cut down on some room noise, of course treating your room is the best thing you can do if you can do it, but I use these for my overhead mics because the ceiling isn't very tall, but it's my only option to put them because drums are loud. They help along with foam covers on my AT2035's to limit the reflections from the ceiling and walls, and overall room noise. It also helps to focus the sound a little bit on what ever you're pointing at. I did a test to see if they worked and they did work some.

para montar un micro esta bien , no mas que eso , brinda alguna protección pero nada profesional , lógico por lo que se ha pagado. Podría ser un poco mas largo ya que apenas entra un Yety así cualquier otra cosa mas larga se queda afuera. No hace milagros, mejor unos paneles en toda la habitacion

Utilisé sur trépied de studio afin de contrôler davantage la réverbération perçue dans une pièce au traitement acoustique modéré. Fais très bien son travail. Attention cependant aux débutants, qui confondent toujours les matériaux acoustiques, en pensant qu'ils ont pour but d'isoler phoniquement. Cet article, tout comme les panneaux de mousse muraux, n'ont pas pour fonction d'isoler, mais de contrôler la réverbération. Utiliser cet article en pensant qu'il aura pour vocation d'isoler votre micro des bruits environnants est une erreur.

Totally worth it. I play games with friend and I'm on PC, on discord I would not need it since I have RTX voice working and getting rid of background noises for me. But when. I played cross platform with my friends on Xbox or PS4 they could hear my keyboard a lot and it was distracting to them. So I bought this and they said that it went from hearing nothing but my keyboard, to not hearing my keyboard at all anymore.

Está muy bien por el precio, se siente de buena calidad, no es nada pesado, lo tengo montado a un brazo para micrófono de escritorio y si lo aguanta, como quiera el pequeño tripié que trae está bien, pero no se aprieta bien la rosca para ajustar la altura, pero como no lo estoy usando me da igual.En cuanto a su función no me quejo, realmente hace su labor de hacer que no rebote el sonido de atrás, más si estás usando un micrófono de condensador, ya que estos micrófonos tienen el diafragma más sensibles que los micrófonos dinámicos.Me hubiera gustado que se pudiera abrir un poco más, pero está justo así para que se doble hacia adentro y no ocupe espacio para guardarlo o llevarlo a otro lado.La verdad lo recomiendo mucho, funciona mucho para hacer voice overs, streaming o podcast (más si tienes a más gente o ruido de fondo)
