Really nice accessory for a dress up.
The feathers were really pretty and have this amazing greenish shine. The clippings make it really easy to attach to anything that you would want to.

Might want to sew the pins on it
Got this for a Ren Faire costume and they looked great! It was a bit of a challenge to put them on an off shoulder blouse because of the elastic stretch on the shirt itself, but ah well. I gave it 4 stars because of the awkward way they pin around a sleeve, and because the 3 pins on each one are held on by some sort of hot glue and one came off during my first time wearing them. I might just sew all the pins on securely.

Good quality!
Using for boys costume for swan lake. Love that they have pins to hold them in place. Just need to use pliers to make tighter so it doesn't come undone when dancing. Feathers seem secure, even with little boys touching them.

Make sure you have a needle and thread
So, these look great on my costume. Nice and full and the feathers are Shiney. But...make sure you sew the safety pins on. They are only glued on and pop off easily.

Nice but not a strap or shrug
Feathers look nice with some shine to them, but it is not a shrug or strap as the title says - just two separate ones for each shoulder with pins to attach to clothes
