I received this item on 3rd February, and take two capsules each morning. It is a bit soon to say how or if this product has had any effect, however I do appear to have lost a few pounds, but over the long term I would say wait and see. I am finding my energy levels and sleep have improved. Please do not quote me at this time thank you.

Supplement's are always quite subjective and work differently for different people.I cant comment on these supressing appetite or helping me lose extra weight as per the description. Realistically there isn't a magic pill that you cant take that'll stop you eating what you shouldn't, or make weight vanish by itself...... that said, this supplement has a wide range of ingredients linked directly to supporting your metabolism. So, they should help with your overall health even if they don't stop you eating or make weight vanish. Likewise, if you are leading a healthy, or healthier lifestyle then these should assist in getting you better results if used over the long term. If you metabolism is working better it is going to get more good out of what you eat which in turn helps the body, likewise if some of that good stuff your body is absorbing better is targeted for breaking down fats, then this will again help with your results.I am a big believer in supplements, taking a range of them daily, and as said, this has a good range of ingredients. Just don't expect a magic fix all result

You get 60 tablets which is a month supply. Tablets are large but easy to swallow as they have that smooth outer shell capsule.I've been taking these for 3 weeks. Have noticed that I dont appear to have my mid afternoon sugar craving requiring a chocolate biscuit. Only thing I have changed is taking these so I guess they are helping.Havent noticed any weight loss or a curb of my appetite I am still eating the same I just dont necessarily reach for the chocs.

Notwithstanding the product claims, i did the whole 30 day plan. I was exercising 5 days a week, i was carefully controlling what used to be a 2700 calorie intake where 500 or so was chocolate or sweets. Three months prior to this product i had reliably lost 12kg. During the month of using 3kg lost and the loss after is about the same trajectory. I personally didnt get the feeling my craving for sugar was reduced, but thats me personally and the previous year built a tonne of fat cells screaming for carbohydrate and sugar to restock them - so i cant say this did or didnt work - for me i had about the same "desire" for the chocolate. That said i feel a lot better and the weight loss is still occuring and feeling fitter for all the weight lost. The tablets themselves are on the large side so i found taking them with a good mouth full of orange juice worked well, they are easy to swallow then. I found a small amount of water worked but now and then the tablet had a bit of an after taste, hence the switch to Orange Juice and no further moments of aftertaste. Andrew

They come in a nicely designed bottle and the capsules are small to medium in size and easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or any side effects afterwards (not that I noticed).This supplement is recommended to take to help treat diabetes. It is also tried for treating high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, the common cold and its symptoms, muscle and joint pain such as from arthritis, constipation, dizziness, ringing in the ears, hair loss, and premature greying. I have been taking it for just few weeks, so I can't comment too much about if I have seen major changes, but I am hopeful.I take all my supplements in the mornings just after breakfast, as that works the best for me and that's when I noticed the biggest benefits.I think it is a good quality supplement at a reasonable price under £11, so I would recommend it

Not only a great appetite suppressant aid with the garcinia cambogia, green coffee bean, cinnamon, African mango extract but all this along with the white mulberry leaf extract make this a great supplement for helping with managing blood sugar levels and is also great for supporting healthy metabolism. I've taken this in the form of similar multi-supplement previously to help with keeping my mood lifted and so know from prior use that it works well for me - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know that this is the right supplement for you right now then this is a good quality choice and if taken at the recommended two a day then this bottle will last around a month.
