Teeter FitSpine X3 Inversion Table

I was skeptical to buy this for a long time but finally bought it. I am suffering from spinal disc compression for six years now after doing some research myself I came to conclusion to buy this, it does feel good to decompress before going to bed but I still don't know how long it will take to feel the complete difference. Full inversion might not be suitable for some as it put too much pressure on the head so do some research online before buying it.

It is an excellent machine. It may be usefull for many diseases. Manual is excellent. Changing the settings is very very easy. Me and my wife, both are using and even ladies can change the settings. Excellent for home traction.

Nice sturdy unit, but really don’t use. But it does work good

Purchased for my husband who has had chronic back pain and bulging disk problems for years. He’s very active and hasn’t wanted to have surgery so he’s just dealt with it, but in just a few weeks he says he feels a huge difference and is waking up without back pain for the first time in forever! He LOVES it! It is comfortable, easy to use, and feels totally secure. I use it after my aerobics class several times a week. My only complaint is that it is large and not attractive- but worth it for the difference in the way my husband is feeling! Doctors never mention this as treatment- I think that’s because they know you won’t be back to their offices if they do!

Ive been suffering lower back pain for decades. In recent years, I’d be bed ridden couple of times a year for a day or two at a time because the pain was so bad. I take meds on those few days but do not like the side effects.Since using the Teeter X3 (almost every day), my back pain has gotten much better. I’d say, my persistent pain level was 6-7 and since using the table, it is around 3. I used to have back pain even while driving or sitting and now the pain in such situations is minimal/none at all.There was a day when my back felt really tight and painful and I attribute it to having missed my teeter session for a few days. Once I got back on a regular schedule, the pain went away. I’d rather get addicted to using this inversion table than to the meds.The teeter app (iPhone) is ok. However, one glitch I found was if you start a timer on the app and your phone goes off/sleep, the timer freezes. You have to keep the phone on throughout the session.

Gives excellent relief for lower back stiffness. 60˚ incline works quite well. Taking the time to properly set up the device through some initial trials will offer ease of use, a relaxing experience and positive results.

Very versatile inversion table which easily and quickly adjusts for differing heights. My family ranges from 5’ to 6’3” tall, and it takes only seconds to adjust the table for each of us. I have felt great using this daily even though I had no physical complaints beforehand. My wife has sciatica and finds this relieves what was debilitating pain when sitting and walking to the point that she no longer experiences any pain. The temporary height gain from decompression and improved posture are definitely pluses.The unit provides for a wide variety of stretching and rotation exercises, some of which we haven’t yet tried, but the versatility is fantastic. Even though I didn’t have any back issues prior, I can feel a distinct difference in my posture and gait after using this table.For storage, it’s somewhat larger and heavier than I expected but this just improves stability when setup. It can be moved for storage but be forewarned that this is large and might be considered heavy to move for many people, so it’s best if it can at least be stored in-place or near to where it will be used.
